What if Bowser had his Classic Design in SMM2 (SMW Bowser Mod)

What if Bowser had kept his original SMW design in SMM2? Here's how that'd turn out.
This Mod adds Bowser's Classic Look from Super Mario World. It uses unused sprites of Bowser featuring his full body, which is never actually seen in the original game. Some people like myself didn't like the big change in Bowser design when it was time to add him to Mario Maker, and now I've developed a sort of fix.

It's so weird seeing OG SMW Bowser without the Clown Cart because of his limbs being mostly green. This is like the inverse of orange armed Yoshi. Maybe one could recolor the limbs as fully orange and it might look better, similarly to what was done in the GBA port.

I don't dislike the official Mario Maker SMW Bowser, but yes this would have been much better. At least this mod gives a glance at what might have been.

I think the main problem is that Mario World has a really inconsistent artstyle. They didn’t really know what to do with 16-bit graphics yet so there isn’t a solid foundation for what something should look like in the style. I’d argue Bowser looks off in the original game, which might be why they redesigned him, but the redesign falls into the same pitfalls.
