This is about how one professional trainer organizes his client's workouts, how often they lift relative to their competition plans. There's no content provided on what the workouts consist of, or anything else helpful. The title is very misleading.

Took a break from cycling over the winter. Pretty happy and surprised to suddenly here my favourite Aussie cyclist in a random RUclips recommendation!

Great video and addition to the learnings, Cam. The next step would be to understand how to place a gym session or sessions into your week if you have two or more high energy days on the bike and bring mindful about fatigue management. Hard to fit it all in. Great stuff and thanks.

I'm a skinny guy.. I cycle everyday to college for 16kms (8km up and km down.). I'm 18 years old, should I stop cycling to gain weight? And im also joining the gym tomorrow, the coaches said I'll have to quit cycling for a while till I gain weight

@@Thatguy-cs8mv No, keep the commuting activity. It is not that much. Eat enough and hit your 2g protein / kg bodyweight and you will grow.

Any goal in doing the squats so “not” deep? Better for cycling? Or were they just “beginners? Thanks.

Great advice from Aaron! But why does he have to wear this sort of Boeing 747 captain’s headset from 1992 when Neill gets away without using a headset? Does the RCA have an initiation ritual that Neill and you have not told Aaron about perhaps.

Not much experience on bikes. I mean. Did ride 105km in a go on Sunday at 105kg.. don't per se train cycling. But. 2x is in my opinion the minimum to see progress building muscle.

The title has nothing to do with what this guy is rambling about for 10 minutes. He’s talking about his clients and some random national event? No actionable advice on training is given other than “lift once a week as maintenance”.
