@@TobyFireandSteel we make things that are bad good again? right on!

They turned out great mate, well done. What casting resin do you use? The clear resin looked amazing 👍
Thanks Ash yeah I really like them to. I use liquid diamonds on most clear stuff and alumilite slow on every else. Not cheap but nothing good ever is. Thanks for watching
Great video Toby, I am definitely going to give this a go
Yeah have a go mate if you have any questions just ask 👍

Hi Toby

Hi mate dome of my pots come from Supercheap Auto but my big in cam from a second hand shop
Thanks heaps Toby keep making awesome easy to follow vidieos , we followed your kit furnance one and works great, I bought your scale resin kit but bit busy with work to make some,
Thanks so much brother. I really appreciate the purchase ❤
@@TobyFireandSteel Hi mate, can you specify what you bought at supercheap to make your pot? Thanks
Hey where do you get your cactus juice and other resin from? Online? I'm in perth
Hi mate I sell some resins on my website www.tobyfireandsteel.com I get my alumilite from the USA and my cactus juice USA often also. There is a mob that sell it here but they are arrogant and rude and poor at simple business and customs service. And more often than not have none in stock. Thanks for watching mate. @@TobyFireandSteel i wish i had the time to do stabilising and get creative with it like this. I barely have time to make my knives. Think its taken me 3 months to get to start hand sanding this batch of 5 lol. I will put it in the memory bank for when im retired and can just kick back in the shed in 30 years and tinker and make stuff and smoke cigars and sip scotch and wine all afternoon lol #lifegoals lol
Hahahaha sounds like you and I have veeery similar life goals
@@TobyFireandSteel see you in the shed for a cigar and a nice bottle of 24 year old highland park then brother!..... in 30 years lol
🤣 sounds like a deal
I have coffee beans well dried out, and have had them under vacuum for about 12+ hours. I see no bubbling but see little bubbles trapped between some of the beans. Have gently shaken and a few bubbles escaped, but still not much bubbling action other than that. Can they be done already, or should I just let sit for several days under vacuum with nothing seeming to happen any more? Thanks.
There will be bubbles still in weeks if you shake them IF you're chamber, pump and lines are preforming. Ie are you really getting down to - 29.9999 Hg area if your at 29.9, 29.8, or possibly even probably28 something like a lot of people's set up. You'll never be able to draw the air out regardless of how long you leave it mate.
You should take a list to my podcast. First and Steel podcast ( formally Toby Fire and Steel podcast) somewhere around ep 33 there's 3 consecutive episodes on stabilising. They will change your game. Ps you need to own a vacustat to be able to measure vacuum properly at this levels mentioned above. Cheers for watching bud 👍🏼
@@TobyFireandSteel Thank you for your response! I will check those episodes out ( 20, 30, and 31). With my cheap pump and homemade system, I get down to 29.5 Hg here at close to sea level.
No problem mate. Good luck with it bud
