We can control the border with Mexico any time we want and we can do it really fast using modern technology like drones, sensors, Forward Looking Infra Red (FLIR) and other systems. We can even monitor the entire border from space any time we want and a mouse couldn't sneak through. America has a border problem because the establishment "wants" a border problem. We lack the will. Not the ability.
