This looked like a space planned to be friendly and pleasant and lost due to the inability to do maintenance. A good place to revive. Liked your idea of doing one half at a time. Was really pleased to see the grime would come off. Cleaning the furniture made for a solid final result. Sorry to hear the front wall was too damaged to work on. That was a resounding Recovery for that area, back to usable and pleasant. Certainly wishing you a happy Birthday and a good coming year. (Wonder what the front paving would look like cleaned. On renewal, they have the balcony, fresh paint on the front door...)

You should wear gloves & a clear shield face mask. You can get very, even deathly, sick from the bacteria, etc. spraying up on your face, mouth or eyes.😊
