I always thought that that's how all restaurants are doing, they doing all the ingrediants themselves, turned out to be that many restaurants buying frozen packaged ingredients and throwing it in a oven and calling it food. I’ve been straight telling people not to drink wine in that particular shop ‘cause I know they sell cheap wine for hundreds finessing idiots that want the “Italian wine” and they would tell me it’s okay. The same way I’m telling you this dude sells products that in Italy would have him file for bankruptcy during the very opening day and you keep trying to sell yourself this dream of him behind an Italian doing an Italian pizza. It’s the 138572th guy playing you the “I’m Italian” card since 100+ years. Wake up. His parents were, maybe his grandparents. They way he does pizza, toppings, the quality of the disgraceful “homemade mozzarella”, the way he places sauce on it, there’s nothing technically right and even less Italian.

The only homemade thing this kind of people has is the scam-art tipical of italians. Infact is all labelling and marketing. It ain't nothing italian in that pizza and if that mozzarella is fresh I might be high since I was 3-4 yo considering I grew up in a farm drinking straight from cows with my grandad making mozzarella for his own shop to sell few inches away from me and I've never seen fresh mozzarella look like plastic layers unless is poor quality left in the fridge for at least a couple days.
