i always see ed playing something on his guitar at the beginning of every idioteque performance but i never hear anything, does anyone know what he's playing
He's playing into his looper pedal which is recording, then he triggers the loop later (in this performance he triggers it at about 2:58, its that droning ghost scream kinda sound). He then has his hands free to manipulate the loop using knobs on his other pedals
And this ladies and gents separate the brits from the american bands. Brits are just too artistically driven that they dont fuckin care how they look sound as long as they can play their music thats it
