This video has been helpful. I've been a wiz player since the beginning and I've been entertaining the idea of playing this game and having a specific character to make for it, but having trouble picking the class.
I have my swashbuckler high strenght to make full use of slashy weapons, swashbucklers are basically pirate101's version of rogues in most mmos like world of warcraft with high dodge with agilitty stats get counters by warrior's overpowered ability that is activate if an enemy dodges and always hit hard without fail. Makes sense Buccaneer and swash go at hand, both have opposite top and middle stats in reverse, swash has high agility with middle stats being strength and vice versa for buccaneer, with both has lowest stats being will, which makes them weak to magic and will base attacks.
All class trainers are good, but the Commodore is the funniest. Because of his age and his hearing isn't what is once was, every time you talk to him, it takes him a couple of seconds to get what you're saying. Like this: "Back? Back from where? I've been right here-- Oh, _YOU'RE_ back!"
I had such an easy time solo levelling and solo farming PVE content with my musketeer compared to the other classes, and I had so much fun with my musketeer as well, it's easily the best and most broken class in the entire game for PVE for a multitude of reasons, and deals the most damage in the game in PVE, I don't think I've ever had such an easy time getting to level cap with the other 4 classes.

I play musketeers. I love it. Your job is to snipe them before they get close to you.
