Yes, the way Lucy cranks up 2-octaves at the very end and can hold those notes with her perfect vibrato, you can hear a bit of opera at the end there! Very few singers can do this with her power, control, and beauty, just stunning harmonies and truly a masterpiece performance!

Barry Gentry Martha was 12 years old when she sang the PRAYER with Lucy who was 18. Martha turned 13 on the first of Nov 2022 and Lucy turned 19 on Feb 21 2023. FYI from their Face Book fan page !!! Martha is 5 years and 8 months younger than Lucy.
OH MY! Their voices are of gold, soooo Siiiilky Smoooth! Yet they have such power even in their lower tones. Their sounds are like the waters of a gentle running brook that just continues to flow, …. Lucy has some pipes on her for sure !!!! And Martha is a brave little soul to agree to sing with Lucy who is so powerful !!!! Their 5 1/2 year age difference is apparent but Martha gave it her best shot for being only 12 years old. It is obvious Martha has had training by the same voice coach as Lucy. Would like to hear Martha do a solo now, She has a couple of solos on Lucy's Twitter account when she was 10 and she is good!!!! The closest we get in in WHEN YOU BELIEVE when Martha was 11and that girl can sing also. There is also a video of Lucy and Martha sitting on the floor of their house and Lucy is working with Martha on their first song "SAY SOMETHING" so we know Lucy is working with her !! !

Halfdan Martha has quite a challenge ahead of her, singing with big sister who is just so darn good it is challenging for her and being 5 years and 8 months young is a daunting task to make up, IF... Martha decides to continuing to sing in the shadow of Lucy, there will come a time in 3 or 4 years where Martha is where Lucy was 2 years ago....and where will Lucy be ???? Martha has not recorded anything since THE CLIMB, thats been 6 months !!! And FYI Martha has other interests, she has her horse, Cloud, and competes in dressage and show jumping I assume in her own age group, she is not giving up 5 years and 8 months to any other competitor. guess we will have to wait and see where she goes !!

Steven...it has been 5 months since Martha recorded with Lucy THE CLIMB. You do know Martha has other interest??? She has her horse Cloud which she rides and competes in Dressage and Show Jumping, two interest that take a lot of time and she is still in school. I am wondering where her MAIN focus will go, her singing or her horse ??? Lucy is very powerful to sing with and unless Martha gets some solo time very difficult to really her her. WHEN YOU BELIEVE was a break though Martha was on the right side the lead side and started the song and had a lot of solo time, and she had a smile on her face and really got into that song, more animated and more belting than we have ever seen or heard her do and that high five at the end she knew they nailed that song, and also Lucy was more reserved on that song not a lot of belting and Martha thrived and Martha was only 11 years old. seemed to be a real confidence booster for Martha and I hope she continues her singing, if that is her desire but I guess we'll see !! !

We have all been waiting for Martha to sing a solo but it hasn't happened yet.
