Much heavier. I have one and its great but they aren't in the same ballpark. This would be considered entry level along with novix (still amazing stands that used to be considering high end) but the beast stand and lone wolf custom gear are the new "high end" stands mainly due to the ultra light weight
This stand is much larger (more foot room), a better comparison would be the XOP vanish which is closer to 10lbs. The amazing part is this stand will still kill a deer...for 1/3 the price and only a couple pounds heavier and still considered lightweight!
The new stand doesn’t have the plate in th middle of the platform so the seat fold flatter.
How is this compared to beast gear?
