Awesome in-depth review! I was really wanting this on the rubber, but with it being such a strap monster, might as well get it on that fully tegimented bracelet and swap out when wanted. I can’t believe no one has commented on the tune at the end haha, perfect summation of our hobby! Cheers!

Great review, would love to see a comparison between this and the Pelagos 39! I had a U50 previously, and came to this video because I'm considering purchasing one again... it's that good. 2 things -- I may have missed it, but what's your wrist size? Also, I might have missed it because your voice is quite low in the mix- I'd like your vids even better if your voice were easier to make out!
Thanks mate. My wrist is 16cm (6.25”) and I moved the sinn on to help fund the pelagos so can’t review them side by side unfortunately. With regards to the sound… I usually use my shure SMB mic which is high quality but as a one off I thought I’d try the rode wireless go mic on this one. Safe to say I won’t be using it again! Apologies 🙏👍
FYI that is thread locking not lube. you put that on your screws of the bracelet you will not be able to remove, or it will be really hard to remove the screws.
I dont understand the clasp issue? i have the limited edition U50 and the clasp is fine. all the parts snap nicely and is secure when i close the clasp. I think it is designed with purpose for not coming un-done if it is over say a wetsuit or something.
Be careful and not let the bracelet of this watch to scratch the back of the case when it is off the wrist, man. Both parts are being hardened can scratch each other.
Ever since I saw it I have been captivated by the dial. I just love it. Will definitely own one some day.

I wouldn’t say so as I don’t feel like it was versatile enough in that way but I can understand anyone who would see it as a daily!
