I usually charge my iPhone overnight when I’m about to sleep. So usually my phone is at 100% when I remove it from charge, my battery health for my phone is currently at 85%. So you usually avoid having it reach 100% to make battery health last longer? Maybe if I wanna change my charging habits I’ll try this out, but thanks for telling us this info Sophie! 😊

I’ve personally found my battery health lasts longer now I don’t charge it overnight and it’s not on 100% for hours at a time! Maybe something to try!

I do something similar for when my iPads fully charged it sends me a reminder so my iPhone will ping. Also have a similar one to tell me to charge it when battery is below 20% 😎😇
