Moments like 15:49 are why this series goes crazy. Unexplainable, atmospheric, scary things happening and making the world feel so much more hostile and mysterious. The scares are okay, but suddenly transportating to a new dimension, the door malfunction, and the cow entity are the best kinds of moments imo.
The thing that makes those...Things stand out, I believe, is that they feel so out of place and just plain wrong. Most of the creatures, perhaps besides the Man From the Fog to a degree, all are able to be figured out and made formulaic. That is not to insult the developers of those mods, don't get me wrong, but that is just the reality of their natural limitations. In contrast, THESE things, these aberrations seem to just defy what we expect from Minecraft, they feel nearly sentient, personal, and uncanny as Hell. THAT is the truest horror of this series, and it's part of why I loved the original From the Fog series by The Librarian; the horror was about largely just that.

However, what flower type that is is not affected by the flowers that generadet there from world generation. In the video there were yellow flowers form world generation, but when you bonemealed that spot blue flowers generated nearby. Only blue flowers. So you have to find a spot were red flowers generate.

33:01 For the bonemealing of flowers if you bonemeal the flower itself it will multiply. After some research this only works on 2 block tall flowers in java but both in bedrock. I'm fairly sure that you can get red dye from a red two block flower called a rose bush. You can also use red tulips and beetroots to make red dye (according to google). Love the series and hope this helps!!! Edit: 1:00:24 You should also get a fletcher villager as they trade sticks for emeralds and emeralds for arrows. After a raid you can easily get emeralds by chopping down trees to get alot of sticks then trade them in. Once again hope this helps ♥

Maybe make the current one a lot bigger, fill the whole room with fishes, alge, corals. With the Glass dome you could walk and stand inside the aquarium with water all around you. 2. Just in case you should do some sort of an escape tunnel. Maybe somewhere inside the staircase that leads into the mine. It could lead to a safe bunker with items, a campfire, a bed and an iron door or just outsie. Cant wait for the new video

52:38 You'd be surprised how easily manageable that mod is, carpets, flower crowns, campfires, a garden, and a brightly lit environment does wonders for your mental health... Though you'd probably go insane irl having to maintain this everywhere. Having another player with you also helps, same for villagers. Though if a player with low sanity is near you it has an opposite effect.
I paired that with all horror mods I can find + life drain It's absolutely painful, Having to not go insane irl is harder than SRP mod Born from chaos weapons and armor did help me alot

Hey Calvin, so the SecurtyCraft mod actually comes with reinforced pressure plates that make it so only you can activatr them, might be helpful for quicker escapes into your base
i have that mod and there's nothing under these destroyed human shelters, and also the structures of this mod holds some scary personalized sounds like sirens, glass breaking, and some others that come trough a block called "Sound Block" that spawns naturally and gets they sounds played when actived by redstone. Theres also a block that turns the time to midnight and the weather to thunderstorm, i don't know why Calvin didn't find them yet but maybe he taked them of because when you find out about them the mod just loses so much of it surprise element (srry for the bad english)
Hey Calvin, since you're using the Cold Sweat mod, you should make a Sewing Table so you can add insulation to your armor using things such as Leather (Low Cold + Heat protection), Fur, which you got at 9:23 (High Cold protection), Hoglin Hide (High Heat protection), and Chameleon Molt (Medium Cold + Heat protection, but takes time to adapt) which are dropped by Chameleons (who can also be tamed, and given certain food so they show where the nearest cold/warm biome is) when they shed.
You should make a compass. It should point to your spawnpoint, aka your bed. Also, I'm 90% certain that herobrine is so agro on you cuz his girl has a crush on you. Alex, be all over you bro, lmao. Love the series. Keep it up bro

I wrote a program that sifted through all of the Season 2 videos and found every time you mentioned the day count. Here is what I found: Ep 2 : Day count reset at 7 days. Day count never reset after that, and you mentioned in this episode we are at day 55, but ended off at day 56 so in total we are at day 63(Just add 7)! my personal theory is that Calvin has friends operating Herobrine and Alex's actions to some degree, and they also have some control over when Dwellers spawn. roughly 80% random encounters, but stuff like Alex leading him to shelter seems too good to be just AI. especially considering unless it's a specialised version of the mod (which would also explain why Calvin isn't releasing the pack until the end of the series) the structures aren't part of the mod that brings Herobrine and Alex in: that's part of the horror mod that also adds the ruined church and the various dead bodies

33:01 No the thing with the flowers is correct: there are different patches of grass blocks that will give you the same flower type if you bonemeal them. However, what flower type that is is not affected by the flowers that generadet there from world generation. In the video there were yellow flowers form world generation, but when you bonemealed that spot blue flowers generated nearby. Only blue flowers. So you have to find a spot were red flowers generate.

If you spawn a bunch of snow golem in one little containment thing, you could have rapid fire snowballs, and then surround the snow golem with fire and you get a permanent dweller repellent. 33:01 For the bonemealing of flowers if you bonemeal the flower itself it will multiply. After some research this only works on 2 block tall flowers in java but both in bedrock. I'm fairly sure that you can get red dye from a red two block flower called a rose bush. You can also use red tulips and beetroots to make red dye (according to google). Love the series and hope this helps!!!
Edit: 1:00:24 You should also get a fletcher villager as they trade sticks for emeralds and emeralds for arrows. After a raid you can easily get emeralds by chopping down trees to get alot of sticks then trade them in. Once again hope this helps ♥

1. You could do a walkable aquarium. It could be A glass dome inside a big room. Maybe make the current one a lot bigger, fill the whole room with fishes, alge, corals. With the Glass dome you could walk and stand inside the aquarium with water all around you.
2. Just in case you should do some sort of an escape tunnel. Maybe somewhere inside the staircase that leads into the mine. It could lead to a safe bunker with items, a campfire, a bed and an iron door or just outsie.

i have that mod and there's nothing under these destroyed human shelters, and also the structures of this mod holds some scary personalized sounds like sirens, glass breaking, and some others that come trough a block called "Sound Block" that spawns naturally and gets they sounds played when actived by redstone. Theres also a block that turns the time to midnight and the weather to thunderstorm, i don't know why Calvin didn't find them yet but maybe he taked them of because when you find out about them the mod just loses so much of it surprise element (srry for the bad english)

Hey Calvin, since you're using the Cold Sweat mod, you should make a Sewing Table so you can add insulation to your armor using things such as Leather (Low Cold + Heat protection), Fur, which you got at 9:23 (High Cold protection), Hoglin Hide (High Heat protection), and Chameleon Molt (Medium Cold + Heat protection, but takes time to adapt) which are dropped by Chameleons (who can also be tamed, and given certain food so they show where the nearest cold/warm biome is) when they shed.
You should make a compass. It should point to your spawnpoint, aka your bed.

I wrote a program that sifted through all of the Season 2 videos and found every time you mentioned the day count. Here is what I found:
Ep 2 : Day count reset at 7 days. Day count never reset after that, and you mentioned in this episode we are at day 55, but ended off at day 56 so in total we are at day 63(Just add 7)!

my personal theory is that Calvin has friends operating Herobrine and Alex's actions to some degree, and they also have some control over when Dwellers spawn. roughly 80% random encounters, but stuff like Alex leading him to shelter seems too good to be just AI. especially considering unless it's a specialised version of the mod (which would also explain why Calvin isn't releasing the pack until the end of the series) the structures aren't part of the mod that brings Herobrine and Alex in: that's part of the horror mod that also adds the ruined church and the various dead bodies
