    Anjana Ramesh
    Anjana Ramesh is a Disciple of Smt. Kirti Ramgopal and undergoing training in the Karanas under Dr. Padma Subrahmanyam. Anjana Ramesh is a ‘B’ Grade artist of Doordarshan, recipient of the CCRT Senior Scholarship, Ministry of Culture and Karnataka Govt. Scholarship and has also completed Masters in Fine Arts, Bharatnatyam from SASTRA University. Anjana Ramesh is a Topper of the Vidwat Grade Examination in Bharatanatyam, conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Board (KSEEB), she is an Internationally certified Yoga Instructor under the Sivananda School of Yoga. Anjana Ramesh has performed at the prestigious Spirit of Youth Festival - Madras Music Academy, Chennai.
    BHARATANATYAM
    Bharatanatyam is one of the 8 classical dance forms of India. Originally from Tamil Nadu, it is now practiced throughout the world and is a popular genre in many Indian Dande Festivals. The Bharatanatyam dancer is accompanied with the Nattuvangam, Violin, Mridangam and the Flute along with the Vocal rendition during a Bharatanatyam performance. Originally performed mainly in temple dance, this Indian dance form has now spread across languages, genres, religion and boundaries.
    A regular Bharatanatyam repertoire consists of an Alarippu, Jathiswaram, Sabdam, Varnam, Padam and a Thillana.
