Hey man, than you for this tutor! Youre a good chill guy and really helps us little guy who does guitar recording at home to be better! Thank you! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I think this vid is a perfect example of why not to mix guitars (or anything) in solo. Because in solo, the unprocessed guitars sound fairly good & the processed guitars sound odd, like thru a cheaper speaker cab. That’s how it sounds to me anyway. But in the context of the mix, it’s a night & day difference. Way better with the processing in the mix.
Agreed man! I think this is often why most guitarists struggle to mix their own stuff at first. As musicians, we obviouslty want to obsess over our tones, but in an ideal world, everything could be mixed fully in context, as thats the only way you'll ever hear it!
Thanks for this video man :) I actually found out what the problem was... It may sound stupid but I was not picking hard enough. By picking harder I found that the so called "farty" tone just becomes a machine gun feeling palm mute.

It's an easy thing to not know you're doing "wrong" until you experiment/see other guitarists who are ahead of you! Whats Important is now you know! 🤘
Aside from orientation and settings of these plugins, this is practically my exact guitar bus chain.

Thanks for the recommendation!
