Thanks for finally making it down here after eight years and giving all of us who haven't had a chance to see you live before an absolutely brilliant concert experience. Not a dull moment, not a missed note. These men could perform microsurgery with guitar picks.
Best band out there. Every album is 10/10, every song is a work of art. They're the ONLY metal band where I don't really even hear "metal"... I hear perfection. DT have transcended genres & created a unique sound that only they can harness.... every album gets better while retaining their own, distinguishable sound!!!! Other than At the Gates, Opeth, & Ghost, not many bands can say that (& have it be true). They've basically broken through to the mainstream (although there's NOTHING basic about DT)... yet they haven't compromised ANY aspect of their sound or song writing capabilities... in fact they're (one of) the only band(s) whose albums get progressively better & better, & @ the same time retains the originality that makes EVERY album equally amazing as its predecessors.
In Flames and Dark Tranquillity are great, no need for bitching about who is n1 / n2 ! Dark Tranquillity is improving with their last two albums, can't wait till a new album comes out + more concerts

This has got to be the most visually creative video Dark Tranquillity has ever released. Very solid all around. Great musically, too, it's rare that Anders Jivarp gets to shine these days, his drum work gets more or less ignored for all but a few tracks per album. Great video, great band!

I discovered this song when I was 14, almost 9 years ago. Since then, I love DT.
