Though I am not a carpenter and also have no knowhow about the equipment used in this video but I inspired with the skill of the gentleman. Keep it up. GOD blessed you.

Great book for a beginner . ruclips.net/user/postUgkxD-QRFQz730FJEh4f9BYSf-nkIMIC9hL_ this book really starts from the beginning, as in it explains what basic tools are and how to use them. But when it gets to the art of creating joints and how and when to use them this book really starts to teach you something. At least that was my experience.

Wish I had his skills. I did cring at his hand/thumb placement using the jointer. Also when screwing down the tops didn't seem concerned with wood seasonal movement accross the grain.

All the comments about who could do, can have who doing and plus the key board craftsmen with the usual critique who got no RUclips channel proving they can do anything..Yet! This very talented bloke got a channel that shows he's doing what many of us cannot do! I definitely can't produce that quality of work likely can't name some of the tools or machinery he using either,..as I'm an electrician not a furniture maker! I applaud his skills though from one tradesman to another!

No it really isn't easy even with the proper tools, in fact he has rudimentary tools. It takes skill to use tools and the only way to acquire those skills is from experience. If anyone who hasn't made furniture before thinks that all they would need is the proper tools they are mistaken.
