Pryor, OK is TMC’s driver’s Best customer! They do everything for the driver. They are the only example of what a real preloaded trailer should look like. Best customer at TMC Hands down.

I've been here 5 awesome years ! A couple things I'd say need work ... or at least looking into are. 1. Please consider putting hood mirrors on the 579's. I know I know it's all looks, however if we had them we would be able to see better in certain situations. And 2. Breakdown needs to stop telling/asking us drivers to drive down the road with bad equipment to go to a shop, risking us getting pulled over, and hurting ourselves or those car and others around us.
    Thanks

This was great. You should read our comments in the next one and respond to them.
    1. "Black and Chrome Podcast"
    2. Can we talk about why the tarp pay is so low? I think it should be in the $50-$75 range..
    3. My oldest child is 7, can we get the minimum age lowered for the passenger policy?
Other than those things, I can't say enough good things about the company. I could work here for the rest of my life. Thanks!

I would love refrigerators in the trucks because all drivers do not go home every weekend

What I’d like to see in my truck is a manual transmission

I think fridges would be a great idea, it's a small compromise on storage space, but it clears the floor/bed/passenger seat of coolers.

Can you please give your drivers APU's so that they don't idle when the weather is nice and disturb the rest of us?

I was thinking of coming over to TMC, only live an hour from Columbia and over 20 yrs experience. Just can't get myself to go train with another driver for 2 weeks, been a long time since I've done that.

We need to get back to company policies and enforce them ie;names, time with TMC ect.our uniformity has completely went out the door!I realize it's 2024 but we need to get back the basics.

With safety being such a major focus, and rightfully so, how about a reward system for us drivers that do it right, every day, for YEARS! What if after a predetermined amount of years (maybe 3,5) without a violation, load claim, etc, we are rewarded with a speed limit increase? I believe under certain circumstances with a safe driver, being able to keep up in traffic, get out of the merge on/off lane and move into the second lane, without impeding traffic, would be safer than being in the way of the trucks/ cars merging on/off the interstate.

Why Peterbilt and not Kenworth? We used to have good looking trucks. The 579 is an ugly truck. Why not a 567 it’s aerodynamic and looks Way better! That’s the image TMC should have for nice equipment
