Thanks Derek...do like the Born even if it doesn't work for me but still like the look of it inside and out. Yup the tongue thing I do as well, as did my Dad when concentrating and don't even realise it. :)

Definitely one to shortlist when it becomes available! The regular Born is a very good EV, but certainly not a hot hatch. This will be of interest to the true afficianado, including those whose signifcant other has said they can't have the Golf R. I see they haven't quite got round to replacing the haptic touch buttons with conventional ones, which are now back on the facelifted Golf. VAG never moves quickly!

I did 05:12 and I'd say it would be around that price hopefully a little cheaper

Kia EV3 looks much better finished. VW will need to raise their game I think

VW are holding back on the Cupra brand so it doesn't outshine the VW cars. I find the VW EV lineups a bit boring. The Cupra has a chance to shine but is being purposely held back.

#3 for me probably. The haptic buttons and older software on the CUPRA is it's weakness

£47k to £50k fully specced- UK prices!!??. They are having a laugh! Good luck selling any without big discounts. The EV market is becoming mega competitive at present with ever bigger batteries, better efficiencies and longer ranges. All EVs generally drive well. Nothing much about this (looks nice and nice seats but a pretty dark uninspiring cabin) to qualify its big price tag. Dealers are nothing special either.
