Inno 3D actually makes high quality cooling arrangements. I own an inno 3D GTX 1050 Ti dual fan card and the card remains very cool even during stress! Even the shroud is made of good quality plastic and quite big heatsink. It's in no way a cheap brand! Packaging was also spot on with non-static foam and cover! it's as good, if not better, as Gigabyte or MSI or Asus!
It's just brand value and aesthetics.
Established brands charge more for their products.
Asus, Gigabyte, Zotac, etc.
Performance wise no difference.
Some charge less.
Powercolor, inno 3d, galax, PNY/Palit, etc.

You can pair with 1660 super also and Rx 5500 but it's depend on your budget as per now 1660 super comes around 19-22k and rx5500 said to be around price and performance better of 1650 so it should be around I guess 11-15k so it's upto your choice but there are sometimes some games work much better on components compatibility like if you are using amd processor and amd GPU it will work much better in some games rather amd with Nvidia gpu note it's not set of rule but sometimes it happens in some cases, bottom line it will not bottleneck your GPU with Ryzen 5 3400g for sure..

If you have dedicated GPU then only go with R5 3600. If you still planning to buy R5 3600 then you have tp purchase Dedicated graphics card. Otherwise you know which processor to buy.
If you don't have gpu and want to game, I would honestly buy a 200ge or 3 1200 for now and buy 580 8gig, and later upgrade to 3600 or higher, even if you have 1st Gen at least you can game 60fps medium setting

Why old games are required more CPU usage . Because of denuvo was imprinted and this software was very immature in that time, and gradually now denuvo is developing and usages CPU consumption less than earlier. And in future this software will be more efficient than as today. So we should not waste money for powerful 8 core or 6core multi thread CPU for a MID RANGE gamming and for it's future proof.

I have oldest ddr 4 pc with i3 3rd gen which gpu should I buy? In budget 🤔
1660 super + i5 9400f or R5 3600 or R5 2600. Which is better for long time and for easy future upgrades. Also do suggest some good motherboards for the same. I am planning to build a budget gaming PC for games, software development and CCIE network infrastructure training.
Hope it won't be a bottleneck on above combinations.
