I have used gt 210 of my brothers friend.
I played COD 4 MW and POP forgotten sands.
That card failed in prototype 2 game.
Later i buy my first and only affordable gpu. GT 710 (2gb zotac silent)
I was nube in GPUs.
I thought I got very powerful gpu and ran everything on full settings and got lagging in FPS.
Still I played plenty of games with GT 710 X 2gb 800mhz ram X dual core
If I got 30fps I was happy in medium or low settings.

I got 1050ti old in Rs 4000. Working like a dream😄
A good graphics card like gtx 1660 combined with an old i5 7400 still can play new games in medium to high settings with very playable fps (60 and above) at 1080p though with a bit of stuttering or frame drops here and there(in cpu demanding areas). I have this combo and it definitely is better than the cheapest systems mentioned here. Thought of upgrading my cpu but thought anyway the max fps won't increase so decided to change both later on.
i dont think anyone should get such old CPU because in India we don't just use PC for gaming, its for video editing (nowadays everyone is youtuber/Reel maker) so new CPU will help in rendering faster and also using it for office work perhaps. if buidling second hand PC then they can go far such option, cuz at that point someone would be really short on budget.

I would say if you want 1080p gaming at medium setting on AAA title, i3 12th F + 6500xt would be better option and under 50k you can easily build with pci gen 4 mb,
Those who have previous 1xxx or 2xxx Ryzen processors can upgrade to 5600 OEM processor for 15.6k. Up to 95 fps in Cyberpunk 2077. 125fps in shadow of Tomb raider with 6600XT

Brother please make video on pc build between mid and high range build but not fancy visual only raw performance pc build with normal go to cabinets (e.g i am talking about not rgb and all just pure pc build - Black dabba 😂😂 so we can spend our money in specs not visuals so it will create best build but with great specs)

mere iris xe gpu with i5 1135g7 cpu and 4gb x2 ram sticks at 3200mhz mere ko around 40 fps deta hai watch dogs 1 me at lowest settings and f1 2020 me bhi 50-60fps deta hai at low setting.
GTA V me approx 30-40 fps deta hai at lowest settings(720p).
Minecraft me on an average 150-250 fps deta hai (Java edition with Optifine)
