Do you have any advice on how to get a business bank account with one of your owners being in another state? It's 50-50 on ownership and the banks keep rejecting me because he lives in Colorado and I live in MN... I have everything registered for MN and I reside here. It makes no sense because I looked it up and it said only one Person needs to live where the LLC resides and thats me...
