I’d recommend that people read as many books as they can on real estate and investing, watching informative RUclips channels such as this one, talk to realtors and property investors in your area to gain info and insight, and to learn everyday. Knowing as much as you can about money, interest, investing and minimizing tax liability are hugely important. Have a good contact at your local bank. Be as involved as possible with every aspect of your properties. Good debt is highly useful but bad financial moves will break you. Just make progress everyday. Do something daily to move yourself closer towards your ultimate goal.

This was really good I currently have 3 investment properties under my name and I’ve been trying to figure out how to transfer at least 2 to my business name. All are rentals and have mortgages my tenants are currently paying my company and the company pays the mortgages ( so operating like a property management company) I didn’t know most mortgages you can have is 4 that’s good to know. Because I certainly don’t want to pay all them off because of the tax advantages but at the same time now I’ve got to figure out how to acquire more properties thanks
