When I cook longanisa, I usually boil it with 1 cup of water then after it drains, I put oil and soy sauce. It's also best serve with garlic rice, spiced vinegar as dipping sauce and brewed coffee for breakfast. Here in the Philippines, we have different varieties of longanisa based on the locals. But I love spicy longanisa, I hope you can find the spicy one and the tapa.
Gosh, you eat pancit, eggs, and longganisa + rice the way most of us do! And your mukbangs always make me hungry. Sending you lots of 💜💜💜💜💜 from the 🇵🇭. 💞
I love when youtubers try to cook Filipino foods. You'll appreciate how delicious and easy-to-cook dishes like Adobo, Bicol Express, etc. Hope to see you cook more Filipino foods!! And don't forget to bring your rice since most Filipino dishes goes perfect with rice!
Vannie, omg you literally cook like a Filipino just wearing shorts and a shirt while barefoot haha. You cooked it amazing! And you eat like a Filipino too!
90's kid here. During childhood days, we only have the original flavor. Then kalamansi was introduced. I think we can all agree that Lucky Me pancit canton taste way better before than now. With all the changes of noodles and ingredients. The taste was so different even up until early 2010's. But now, a lot has changed. I grew up eating pancit canton, like every single day. Here comes snack time, I always choose pancit canton and "bahaw". Yes, bahaw and pancit canton is life! 😊 That's my snack. No need for pizza or burger. But after 2010's, they changed the noodles, and it taste like everything was changed. It's so different than what it used to. Yeah, things really change. Hats off to people who still eats this!
Just a suggestion: u can try cooking the whole pack of longganisa in half a cup of water until it evaporates then add oil, then cook to ur prefered done-ness.
I love when International vloggers cooking and eating Filipino food. It's so satisfying. Please more Filipino food content. Watching from Manila Philippines
Ate vannie you must try the way I cook my pancit canton. It's juicy and more flavorful than usual. With 4 packs of sweet and spicy pancit canton, I boil about 3 cups of water (750ml), with soy sauce about 25ml and at least 3 Tbsp sugar. Bring to boil together in high heat constantly and add the noodles. When the noodles is about to be cooked add the seasonings. No need to drain it. Let the sauce to evaporate a bit but don't let it to be drained. It's good when you eat it while hot and with crashed boiled egg mixed with it.
vannie! 💜 idk why but seeing you feeding gucci was so sweet; you even cut the meatballs into tiny pieces for her 🥺 hahah i know it’s a normal thing but actually seeing you do it makes it better lol also, seeing her running up and waiting for you to put it in her bowl was sooo adorable, too! so cute laying on the chair while you cooked ☺️ loved your look as well; super casual home clothes with doll face and hair 🥰 hahaha super, super cute c: i haven’t seen one of your cooking videos in so long and it’s always nice seeing you make food~ it’s so satisfying! i actually thought you were gonna eat all the sausages and was a bit scared for your health 😂 the sunny eggs and noodles combo is 👌 so good with any kind of “dry” instant noodles 🤤 have you ever tried (making) a ramen omelette before? make it with extra cheese and sriracha or hot sauce if you want some spice! doesn’t have to be for a video but i’m sure you’ll just like eating it lol i finally caught up on all your vids 🙆🏻♀️ idk if it helps but sometimes i just rewatched some of them while i played games on my computer 😆 hopefully it helps you out a bit, but if not, oh well, i tried XP hahaha but yeah! can’t wait for the next ones c: anyways! hope you’re staying safe and everything’s going well for you! please be careful out there! 🦒 (51.1)
Hi!! It’s so nice to hear from you again! Thanks for all the lovely comments as usual, you are awesome! I’m glad you enjoyed the cooking portion and the interactions with Gucci 😂 I’ll try to do more cooking videos (I know I’ve been slacking on cooking for a while). And I wanted to eat more of those sausages but they are really unhealthy so I had to control myself 😂 thanks for watching and watching my older vids, anything helps!💖💖💖
Havent been here in awhile but I missed watching your videos ❤️ and this makes my craving to try those noodles even higher!! Seeing so many mukbang try them 😭
I hope you try the tocino too. It's also sweet like longanisa but it is more like a pork jerky. You can boil the tocino also to soften and caramelize the meat.
Omg ♥️ I love the way you prepare everything and you even search how the Filipinos way they cook it. I'm a fan now ♥️ I'm excited to share this with my friends who loves watching mukbang. 😍
Wow.. Great combination of fried rice, sunny side up, longganisa and sweet and spicy pancit canton.. Its 10:40pm here and felt like starving while watching this vid. Its best if you have spicy garlic vinegar for the sweet longganisa and atchara as side dish.. Thanks for this, I really did enjoyed watching your mukbangs.. Lots of love from the Philippines.. 💕🇵🇭💕 Godbless and stay safe.. 😘
I don't know if it's just me but she is just like a normal dalagang filipina at home cooking with just a simple t-shirt and plain shorts with now foot wear hahaha and she is so cute when she eat's I just love her and I'm just new to her channel and I fell in love with her and her videos so easily 😭🤍
Your can fry it straight if you want in a low heat. But if you want to boil it, just a small amount of water until the water be dissolve then add cooking oil to fry until it is done. For me you put a lot of water. 😊❤️❤️❤️🇵🇭
Hi Vannie! It's okay not to put so much water to boil the longganisa. 1/2 to 1 cup is good enough (well, for your 8 pieces longganisa). The purpose of the water is only to ensure that the inside is cooked well. But u did a great job, love the color of the sausage. Try to dip it in vinegar with garlic and siling labuyo (red chili pepper) next time. Or vinegar with a little bit of banana ketchup
I'm watching from Maryland USA...OMG girl..I love longganisa..specially for breakfast...yummy...you can finnish that 10 longganisa + 4 pancit canton...
Vannie you should put the sauce of the pancit canton after you cook them so the noodles won't look like a plain white 😊 sending you lots if love from the Philippines 🤩😘😍💖
Hello dear1😊 nxt t8me you cook longganisa.. just put a l8ttle amount of water then let it boil until it became oily and can fry it on its own oil.. you can also put a little oil😄😄
Me when I'm cooking Longanisa, I just put right amount of water not totally covered by Longanisa. Just estimate it to let the water be suck by the meat and when it dries totally, I already put just a very little amount of oil to caramelize the Longanisa.
That made me hungry again. You can make the longganizas more crunchier and drier by waiting till the water is almost boiled off. Turn it on low heat until there's no water. Turn it on medium heat and fry the longganizas for a while. You can flavor your sunny side ups in the leftover oil by frying it there. We also stir fry our rice in the longganiza oil. Try it some time.
