No brother, we don't have intellect but clerical skills to work for someone and get into rat race, so that can't be termed as intellect.
we have opportunities but still we want to be in rat race for sake of survival, hence not utilizing opportunities cause of fear of unemployment and survival and hard work.

Parenting system should change,then only youth will come to know what they want to pursue for their livelihood.
If one says Engineering career is good,people blindly make a flock and thereby wasting their resources and time in investing in it,they could be able to see the ground reality after the completion of their graduation.
Parenting is faulty,they should tell the children what is the meaning of the life and what should they do for being successful in the life,but they shiuldn't give a choice to choose the career of their children.
Also life is always challenging for all the people and without challenge there is no survival.People should always prepare for the worst outcome.

Unemployment is not going anywhere. Other than engg and medicine every other sector is in very bad shape.
"There are a million things yet to be done in this country" - How can anyone possibly agree with this statement? A developing country has, by definition, a dearth of resources to meet the expenses and investments required for upholding public life, health and rights. Being "developing" is nothing like the state of abundance of in-exhausted opportunities awaiting capitalization. It's the exact opposite - the opportunities/resources are deserted and you have to discover the oasis out of that desert.
Nevertheless, I have to agree with Sadhguru's proposition that India's youth need to be a lot more enterprising - not because it's the necessary way forward, but may be because it's the only way to survive.
I think he means that there are many things you have to create where people can work , you can either be the creator or wait until something is created where you can work ,

Excess wealth must b thr in advance to capitalize, v all r taught wrong ideas bcoz that gives sense of superiority to achievers...means hard work, innovation or intelligence makes u rich, so v develop positive sentiments for achievers & try to mimic them & in the process get exploited by higher level bosses who get disproportionate share & also at the same tym turn blind eye to structural faults (bcoz u r busy or u know those flaws r necessary for ur disproportionate share when ur tym comes) & seek wrong in ourselves...thats exactly top hierarchy wants......status quo.
in india thr r so many things that cant b implemented just bcoz of lack of purchasing power issues or u can c thousands of things that failed or saturted too early..
all countries that r developed share a common history of invasions, expansions, loot, colonization, resource ceasing, area denial, large resource base in advance, favourable geography, right events at right tym, etc.....some developed countries simply r unsustainable & r propped by geopolitical obligations....
even china is a loser, china is slowing down, depleted its resources, & facing sustainability issues on all fronts..& if china achieves usa lifestyle then its gdp will b alone b around 60 trillion usd, for whoke world it would b 300 trillions usd...means Earth will b depleted within months....
rest all countries u can c r already in tailspins of different types rooted in thr specific pre-factors...
optimism is gud only for convincing the soul to try the best...it doent guarantees anything....baseless optimism is absolutely destructive.....while pessimism has always resulted in gud outcomes...elites r pessimistic so they always plan in advance for worst so thy will remain thr...till commoners will break the setted rules...
or v must reimagine quality of life..thats again a rule breaking task
or v must introspect about our accepted beliefs & definitions & what v want actually or whats the higher purpose of life.

Excellent question from a youth and an equally brilliant answer from Sadhguru. He is spectacularly clear that there is so much to be done. Now there has to be certain support also to be provided by the government and society for entrepreneurs allowing them to fail at times. That's some support that's required. Earlier men used to work and women used to look after household but nowadays both men and women wants to work . Therefore many men are unemployed because their jobs are being taken up by women . Also you would find many women are unemployed as their jobs are being taken up by men . As a result depression, anxiety and other factors have become a major disorder nowadays . There is no balance nowadays .

Not everyone is capable and people look for jobs to settle down in life. India has been a developing country since independence but, is it developing really in the way it should? I don't think so.
Sadhguru addresses stuff properly but, he doesn't give a solution.
India is producing human resource. But, how do we efficiently utilize them efficiently? is the right question. Unless we also start manufacturing like China(which can't happen without better governance and government support), educated people will be forced to work in jobs like tea/ samosa/pakoda seller or low end jobs like bpo"s(no disrespect). IT jobs will not be viable in recent future. Too much supply will lead to lesser salaries. That's my opinion. If we don't invest in science and technology, we won't prosper.

I am ready to give salary upto 12000 per month, accommodation with separate room, fan, bed and toilet. Still i didnt get any labour yet. I am just looking for trustable person, no educational qualification needed. Sometimes i feel saying jobless in India is a myth.
