I hope everyone realizes fair distribution is Not equal distribution between members. Fair is the distribution in which members are given lines according to their skills and the type of song(rap heavy/vocal heavy). Every group has main, lead, sub- vocalists/rappers for a reason! If lines are distributed between them equally then THAT would be unfair for the more skilled members. So there are different line distributions for different songs.
I think it would be unfair for the least skilled members because they would have to strain their vocal cords if they have to do it live and that they cant keep up
But having 2 members with 20 seconds while the others have 8 or 9 is not fair either, like with Izone or Loona, Why debut 12 Girls when 5 in Izone and 3 in Loona of them will always be top with 30 secs and the rest will have little to no lines, little to no screentime, little to no center. Like, did you see So What where Gowon, Vivi and Yeojin almost blended within the backround and Panorama/La Vie En Rose/ Violeta where Hyewon and Sakura were nonexistent? They said she's thirsty for attention and always go for center spot not letting Gaeul stand there, but then a few days later Gaeul stood in the center and in this era of 5 members it's Yujin who is always center. In reality, she's being exploited and overworked, they used her fame as a weapon to promote the group but in return they didn't even protect her from all those malicious comments.
It’s a common issue, people protect the 2nd/3rd most popular member even if they got a better treatment of the company and think of the most popular is a villain who the company adores, look at how average kpop stans treat Lisa/Jennie compared to Jisoo/Rosé, Soyeon compared to Shuhua/Miyeon etc

I think that Gaeul always gets least lines is because she isn't a vocalist and there are not many rap lines and she has to share with rei.. Also although Yujin is not the main vocalist but she is the leader and she could sing high notes well so she always gets most lines. BUT SHINE WITH ME IS KINDA OVER, there were 43.9 seconds difference.. And I guess the song type of Kistch is not suitable for liz to sing cuz it's like somehow strong and powerful but liz is better so sing some mild songs--

I feel like the entirety of the album is actually balanced and reflective of the group's vocal abilities. Gaeul ranks last in many songs, but she still has lines, and actually has quite a lot of lines in the songs where she isn't last. Yujin get over 1 min in there, come on! Is that fair when she's unofficial lead vocalist? They could give one "shine with me yeah~" part to Liz and second chorus' second part to Rei. Then we could really talk about a fair line distribution. Cuz the line rank would similar to their vocal ranking (Liz-Yujin-Rei-Won-Le-Ga) and the numbers would so close to each other too.

True, I remember on her 1st guesting on The Masked Singer, they applauded her for the timbre in her voice. On Iz*one's idollive guesting, you can still hear her voice though they sang on chorus and on It's Live too, when they sang I AM.

Shine with me is actually the best and most fairest because people need to understand that all the girls’ voices are different and some voices fist a song more than others, shine with me would have not felt the same if it was wonyoung or Leeseo singing the chorus, They focus more on the deep voices that’s why Liz and Yunjin has more lines, plus Gaeul who is the rapper had nearly 20 seconds in a song with NO rap. The worst one will be Kitsch, that’s it because Liz could have sang more than a part.

Yujin get over 1 min in there, come on! Is that fair when she's unofficial lead vocalist? They could give one "shine with me yeah~" part to Liz and second chorus' second part to Rei. Then we could really talk about a fair line distribution. Cuz the line rank would similar to their vocal ranking (Liz-Yujin-Rei-Won-Le-Ga) and the numbers would so close to each other too.

And then, there are people who say Liz is mistreated and needs more lines because of that Kitsch distribution! Like open your eyes, she has been getting a good amount of lines for a main vocalist since debut. The only one who needs more lines in my opinion is Rei. Like even in WAVE, a Japanese release, a Japanese member didn't get the lines she deserved and got most of her lines being in English. And in another Japanese release, "Queen of Hearts", she got 10 seconds with 5 seconds being English Lines.
