Anthony Jr would be considered Mafia royalty bc his Dad was a real deal gangster. After Jr spent most of his life in that life, I know many people who knew him and they all say he was a good dude. I’m glad that he’s working in a field he helps people in and that he makes the rounds on these mob shows warning young guys to stay out of that life because your friends are not your friends . Great informative interview with someone who lived it and knows.
My father came here from Calabria italy in 1929 and during ww2 he also got in trouble while in the Army he almost killed a higher up and he went AWOL I'm not sure if he came back to Brooklyn but he wound up in Levinworth as well and I also can relate to when my parents spoke in italian it was because they didn't want us to understand what was being said .

Don’t know how this came across my feed but wow. Watched the whole thing. I’m Colombian from Medellin. Grew up in it. 10yrs old and seen $20MM in cash etc etc. Knew real traffickers & assassins in the 80’s & 90’s. Seen it all. Did a lot. Even knew some real guys in NY. One of the families, the big one. I think Pleasant Avenue if I remember correctly. Crime is crime. Don’t care where you from. All dirtbags. Betrayal. Ruthlessness. Murder. Loss. Death. Destruction. Pain. God had mercy on me, gave a 2nd chance and I never looked back. I am literally a miracle. He changed my heart. You never know how dark you are until you’re brought into light. To anyone thinking that life is easy, maybe, if you’re smart, you get a good 3-5 run. Few exceptions, maybe 10+ yrs but in the end. Dead or in jail, there is no other ending. Literally the best thing you could ever do is live right before God. Obey His commandments, love Him with all of your heart, love your neighbor as yourself. A lot of street guys I knew were highly intelligent, just had no real guidance. Blacks, Italians, Colombians.. all the same. Product of their environment. Today, I’m a great father and a loyal husband to a beautiful wife God has blessed me with, when I changed. I had to do my part and He has done more than I could ever imagine. I’m a happy man who sleeps like a baby now. Much love and respect to all who’ve lived that life and give it up.
A Real Gem this post made me smile. This is beautiful. When man sins his heart becomes black and stone cold. It starts with small sins and eventually the heart becomes harder than a stone. It is never too late to repent. God is the most merciful. You can always make a come back! Subscribe and check out other stories.
Bek Lover & The Come Back Team Amen 🙏🏻. The street is such an illusion. A great trap used by the devil himself to steal so many souls and sadly, it has. The thief comes to steal kill & destroy and that’s exactly what that life is. I’m not quite sure who you are but I congratulate you for what your doing. Not glamorizing it at all but showing the truth for what it is. Keep up the great work !
Andy I’m so sorry the government did not let you go to your dad funeral. Your a good man I can tell you have a good heart and God is going to bless you for what your doing with your life to me your a hero Andy. Take care brother
Shannon Kersy thanks for watching and the nice comment. Hope you check out other amazing interviews and guests in the playlist section of the channel and a subscribe to our channel and efforts. 👍
Brother I know you are hook up with right people this man need to make a movie he has so much real knowledge of what really happen in 70’s 80’s 90’s man I listen to this over and over this man is the one I want to put my money on he is real deal bro!! Michael F. I have talk with him and his life has been change God really change he heart and soul Now in saying he knows how to make money he has a mind for business and is one of the smartest people I have ever talk with a lot of people are jealous because he knows how to make legal money he a hustler Bek this guy is hands down the best I ever heard he is on point and I do believe everything he is saying. On that brother your show is going to do very well the Kids Bek it’s about them and if your show can save one kid then you are doing something positive in this world and I’m behind you 💯 all the way!! John& Genn shows great but you let people talk and it’s about the kids. And God is almighty and you touch base on all that Great job 👍
Andy needs to put a 20 25 page paper on what he wants to write in his book if he could email it to me (shannon5715@att.net Bek I have my guy read it and then we can start on Andy book I’m telling you his book would hit a home run tell Andy to email me if he want to draw a contract and I will get him. Shannon Kersy thanks man. You might want to reach out to Gene Borello, he is related to him. I don’t know how to get in touch with him anymore. He is still in hiding.
Bro great interview! You ask a lot of well thought and well timed questions. Just one complaint, slow down a little. I don’t know if there’s a delay or the guest can’t hear but you kept stepping on him. Other than that great interview! His paw was a gangsters gangster.
Danny Manni I will. Got a wide variety of guests. All walks of life. Got some celebs up next. C from Bronx Tale Lilo. Stay tuned and subscribe my friend!
O I was pretty bad when I first started and interrupted the guests. I got much better after this episode. Thanks for the comment. Hope you subscribe and check out all the other content.
Guys like andy jr remind me of bobby bacala or something they would have been happy enough to be plumbers or something and live normal lives but theu grew up in it and didnt have much choice
Good interview. just a heads up the interviewer need's to work on not interrupting. He interrupted about 50 times. Let the person that your interviewing talk. Let's hear his story that's why your interviewing him Right!
That was a very impressive speech u put together at the end. You seem very sincere and it seems like u really wanna see people turn their lives around.there's a lot of lying frauds telling bullshit story's acting like they care about the youth. When in reality there just out to make money(john alite)but u really do seem like u care. Good on u and that was a very good interview. Keep it up
Tommy Lucchese thanks brother. 31 episodes, a lot of amazing people on the show. Not just former crime personalities. I love episode 3, Eric Nies, and Arthur Nascarella Episodes check them out
I fully understand about Fat Andy understanding Italian but replying in English. My grandma couldn’t speak English, she spoke Cantonese, but my dad didn’t speak Cantonese but he understood it. So my grandma would speak in Cantonese and my father would reply in English and vice versa. They understood each other but spoke different languages. And she only passed away when I was 21 so I had the same experience with her, although I don’t understand as much Cantonese as my father does, he grew up with it.
Secrets to Success the melting pot is why they call it that. We slowly fade away and assimilate. It’s inevitable. I just feel like once you’ve lost the language and the connection you can’t call yourself anything but American!
Bek Lover & The Come Back Team true, I agree. I still try and keep as many traditions as possible, I’m English/Irish/Cantonese so I try and eat the foods, celebrate the traditions, continue the culture where I can. But you’re right, it’s out of context without the language.
Secrets to Success yeah but in the end who gives a F@@k, languages and cultures evolve. Nothing today is like what it was 1,000 years ago, not even the English we speak. Technically , nothing remains in the end in this life...
Great interview. I wish I could ask him a few questions. Very knowledgeable. And I know Bufalino was Scranton/NE Pennsylvania boss and not Pittsburgh but Ruggiano Jr must have met so many wiseguys it was hard to keep them all straight.
Phil Smith check out other interviews all available in the full episodes playlist . Also available on all podcast platforms. Easy access at www.thecomebackteam.com
Dude is the real deal, would love to hear more from him. You have a chance to become bigtime with this channel, but I think you should pull back a little on comments about yourself.. i.e. who you know, where you were etc. Maybe slow it down a little, let your guest run with some stories. Then again, it's your channel and what do I know!
Hi guys love the show ilove the history of the life...can you tell me why the guy of the mob talk radio podcast belittles john alite calls him a rat and dnt talk about him that he was standi up guy...did john testify against any one from his family is that why to me it seems personal...and hes the only one who does not show his face when he does his mob talk radio podcasts???...just asking dnt get wrong his podcasts are very good...
jas smi I have no idea my brother. I don’t specialize in mafia, I’ve had a few guests on from that life. However, I do have some amazing episodes you should check out in the full episodes playlist. If you don’t got time check out the highlights ...
Alite & him (Jeff Canarsie) used to be friends but had a falling out. He told a story about Alite using his phone to talk shit to Angel Gotti, I guess. He shows his face. Just not live.
Vincent Roberto thanks brother. I’ve come a long way. I hope you’ll check out other guests. I’ve had some truly inspirational people on. Everyone has a Come Back Story...
Quite a few people have led a interesting life and if you ask the right questions---the fountain flows!! Interesting interview !!! Very good---Thank you!!!!
Michael Franeze never said he was a killer.....he was a Capo in the Colombo Family. In that Family most of the Made Members brought theyre sons into the life.Michael was a Capo not an Acting Captain.....his Father Sonny was a Captain of his own Crew.Michael has said he was never a Boss but some people call Capos Bosses or Street Bosses. He has never said he made more money than actual Sitting Bosses.Ive seen Michael appear on many many different platforms plus books Ive read and even on some FBI charts have him as a Captain of his own crew&his Father had his own Crew.
@@TheBekLoverPodcast Thanks buddy. Look into a guy wes Watson good come back story and real man not a snitch. Did alot time now he a motivational speaker etc Think he from LA . .
Jeffrey Brezinski can I get a part in it? My cohost was on the sopranos ... Arthur Nascarella, player Carlo in The Sopranos. Check out other episodes ...
Jeffrey Brezinski I agree there’s so many good mob stories that never became movies or shows. They gotta make a movie or a series about the Gemini lounge crew with DiMaio and Senter/Testa outta Canarsie... but it would have to be on HBO or any other premium network to make it authentic cuz of the violence
Anthony you were away with Nicky in 1996 so you must no all about the hit on Robert Arena and Thomas Maranga we no who the main shooter was and he gets out soon. That happened January26,1996. My childhood best friend Robert was and I slept over his apartment the night prior and was going to stay over the next couple nights to watch the super bowl. Well fortunately I went back home and I’m still alive. I would have been a victim of circumstance. I was a civilian but that changed my life big time and I’m happy to see your in a better place. God Bless !!
I realize u are aware of how u constantly cut off your guests while they’re speaking so I’m just putting my 2 cents in of how noticeable it is. Still love the shows & I love this guy, reminds me of my father and my uncle Tony ❤️
His father had it coming tho lol... he treated his own son like garbage #1 and #2 in the Chicago outfit the mob culture is a bit different than New York made guys in Chicago almost never bring thier sons into the life they use the racketeering proceeds to fund legit businesses for thier kids or pay for college and private school but Frank turned his son into a scoundrel at a young age and it bit him on his ass
Imagine the lost wages of years in prison. Do the math, very low wage. I went college , played sports, got job, made a career. Retired now, play golf, play with my kids. Beautiful wife , honest life.
All these people talk about being in quarantine I haven’t had one day in the house since this whole thing started this is crazy. I can’t believe people are still locked down It is just insane to me
Brilliant interview just can't believe how many broke to the FBI shouldn't have done the crime if they couldn't do the time enjoyed listening all the way from Belfast northern Ireland will definitely be tell friend's 2 hit you up 🥊🥊🥊
I know it doesn't really sound so huge nowadays but Fat Andy being made into the borgata when the books were closed like that is a huge big deal ....he had Albert Anastasias respect and back then that meant something he only respected people like himself stone cold killers and earners
Getting made by Albert Anastasia is a big deal ,, it shows you how much respect they had for FAT ANDY those was the days getting made was an honor,,,today forget about it !!
What Ant forgot he knows that fat Andy's partner "Tony Lee" was the last guy Albert anastasia straighten out before he was killed ,tony lee when on to become a well respected wiseguy, i was there in the 80's with ant jr' and carl amato at café liberty. we all got locked up for #'s and rico,I was there that day with Tommy Flash we were going for Sal Reale those were the days.
FYI.... Don't ask a question..??.. And before your "Guest" can answer it, ask another question!!..???.. Step Off Your Fuckin' Soapbox!!.. We get it already!! It's your show, let you guest speak!!!
I know it's your personality and maybe your culture but man you do seem to come across sometimes not all the time well honestly like a blow hard , no offense but just kinda like you have a chip on your shoulder and stuff , overbearing maybe is the word I'm looking for when your talking to these guys I mean these guys deserve a certain amount of respect is all I'm sayin , otherwise your a cool guy and I'm sure you will prosper and I hope this for you truely just tone it down a notch with these wise guys like this man respect is what it's all about man !!!!
Grant Buchanan thank you so much. I never wanted to interview kind of more like open format. Please check out other episodes and subscribe. Thanks for the support !!!
What’s Funny I’m Italian my Grand Parents came from Italy in early 20s I have Family in Blue Island Chicago & NY they approached My grandpap he said No cause him & my Grandma we’re walking to the movies with another couple somebody came up and shot the man my grandparents were going to the movies with and he died and my grandpa ended up saying No he didn’t go that Way. He Used 2Say “They might be bad Guy’s but there our Guy’s.” I really didn’t know what that meant until I got older..He New Vito & Costello & was Friends with Joe Valachi. My GrandFather I can remember saying “Vito was as Smart as Box of Rocks but Castello was Genius always 2 Steps ahead & was more businessman’ & liked things Smooth & was All about Every1 Making money & Every1 eating.” I didn’t understand what that meant either until I got older.. But say what U want these Men came over here usually without a nickel in there pocket & created an organization that took Over half a century for the US to believe it Even existed & was Very Powerful.. Not bad for bunch Of Immigrants from Italy or Sicily..They didn’t bitch complain saying “Life Unfair & U owe Me Something regardless if you was in alive or not and if you think U don’t & differently you’re a racist.” They were Men..UL never see those types Again
.. "She's in a coma as we speak, she has just come out of the hospital " They're letting them out of hospital in a coma?? Judge Judy wouldn't like that.
How do you think it was being in jail with two small kids? Sucks!! That’s the hardest part it’s not the time it’s being away from your kids first ,your wife second. I’m glad mine never came to visit me cause a friend and my father did and when they would leave it was the worst time for a couple days. Almost not worth getting a visit just too hard after.
Bek Lover & The Come Back Team Totally agree, if you are fortunate enough to be employed, arm yourself because it’ll be like the Wild West people will do anything to survive and the weak will go first.
Carbonx brother it’s so difficult right now, I’m literally getting interview last minute right now due to the virus. In the future, God willing, Chuck Zito, a Bosnian was survivor and Mario winans the famous singer from bad boy
Bek Lover & The Come Back Keith Richards did live in New York in the 80s and all the other English guys when they went over there stayed at the ritz , plus Keith was heavy on the coke so I’m guessing Andy was the guy sorting shit out , anyway great podcast great to listen to when catching the sun while on lockdown regards all the way from Liverpool
sharon story thank you so much. I’m so happy to hear from my fans in the UK. Much love!!!! Stay tuned a lot more content coming... I haven’t even begun to do what I’m gonna do... ❤️👍
This is ghetto. My family came West from Missouri to CA in 1800's. Farming, ranching, hotel, car dealerships: legit business. SF Bay, Yolo and Sacramento Counties. Lake County. No jail, no prison. We built Folsom Prison. That Mafia life is underworld, immigrants that had not yet made a legit business. Not judging, these were immigrants that had to escape discrimination.

I made a mistake your grandfather is who my grandfather was from Naples he's who my grandfather told me about some the family was a part of the mob I thought it was his father that Papa told me not to think bad about the family just because the law would say is not the whole story sorry but PAPA was saying things were different then I never I had any experiences as they did and I'm 67 years old but I still respect the name and the people I don't care what they did

All crime family members of every family interacted with each other. Networking and connections was a main way these guys made money.

A Real Gem thanks brother. Subscribe and check it out. Amazing people

Bro great interview! You ask a lot of well thought and well timed questions. Just one complaint, slow down a little. I don’t know if there’s a delay or the guest can’t hear but you kept stepping on him. Other than that great interview! His paw was a gangsters gangster.

Master Blaster working on it hard my friend. Come a long way. Don’t watch the John Alite or Gene interview. I interrupted too much !
Keep it up
Donna Lee thank you so much. I believe , you can always make a Come Back ... if you choose

Bek Lover & The Come Back Team true, unfortunately, but absolutely true
Great interview! His father is a legend in the Mangano/Gambino family and LCN in general.
Mangano/Anastasia/Gambino. Everyone forgets that it was also the Anastasia Family.
I know Anthony well. Great Great man!
Great interview. I wish I could ask him a few questions. Very knowledgeable. And I know Bufalino was Scranton/NE Pennsylvania boss and not Pittsburgh but Ruggiano Jr must have met so many wiseguys it was hard to keep them all straight.

Wow what a great podcast this is!! Great story to..
Great interview !
Ronnie 1 arm is doing life cause he stayed true to his oath to omerta. That was the agreement those guys made to the borgata.

William G I want to see a series about the Rudaj organization ...
William G Baklava with walnuts, that’s how you know you made it to the Balkans

This guy & Frank Calabrese Jr. from the Chicago Outfit have a very similar story. Only difference is this guy didn't rat on his own father.
Donald Hobbs did he rat in his father ? He didn’t mention it in the interview ...
@@TheBekLoverPodcast Frank Calabrese Jr. did. He mentions it in all his interviews.
Donald Hobbs I should check him out and give him a call
@@TheBekLoverPodcast Please do. He even does tours about his time in the Chicago Outfit.

I haven’t heard Sammy the bull mention fat Andy yet In his podcast. Did fat Andy and Sammy the bull not like each other ?
I know it doesn't really sound so huge nowadays but Fat Andy being made into the borgata when the books were closed like that is a huge big deal ....he had Albert Anastasias respect and back then that meant something he only respected people like himself stone cold killers and earners
Bad when he asks permission to tell a story 🤣
Getting made by Albert Anastasia is a big deal ,, it shows you how much respect they had for FAT ANDY those was the days getting made was an honor,,,today forget about it !!
What Ant forgot he knows that fat Andy's partner "Tony Lee" was the last guy Albert anastasia straighten out before he was killed ,tony lee when on to become a well respected wiseguy, i was there in the 80's with ant jr' and carl amato at café liberty. we all got locked up for #'s and rico,I was there that day with Tommy Flash we were going for Sal Reale those were the days.
Russell Buffalino was based out of Pittston, Pennsylvania near Scranton. not Pittsburgh, that's near Ohio.
FYI.... Don't ask a question..??.. And before your "Guest" can answer it, ask another question!!..???.. Step Off Your Fuckin' Soapbox!!.. We get it already!! It's your show, let you guest speak!!!
Thump One thanks for teaching me. 👍
Blake Horton I’ve toned it down brother.... we up to episode 43 already... I’ll grow on you wit time. That I can promise you !

Not bad for bunch Of Immigrants from Italy or Sicily..They didn’t bitch complain saying “Life Unfair & U owe Me Something regardless if you was in alive or not and if you think U don’t & differently you’re a racist.” They were Men..UL never see those types Again
.. "She's in a coma as we speak, she has just come out of the hospital "
They're letting them out of hospital in a coma??
Judge Judy wouldn't like that.
How do you think it was being in jail with two small kids? Sucks!! That’s the hardest part it’s not the time it’s being away from your kids first ,your wife second. I’m glad mine never came to visit me cause a friend and my father did and when they would leave it was the worst time for a couple days. Almost not worth getting a visit just too hard after.
John Fox if we don’t get the state and country back up fast. A lot of people are going to know what it feels like...
Bek Lover & The Come Back Team Totally agree, if you are fortunate enough to be employed, arm yourself because it’ll be like the Wild West people will do anything to survive and the weak will go first.
You should let people know who the up coming interview is then pick a few questions the audiences has for who your interviewing
Carbonx brother it’s so difficult right now, I’m literally getting interview last minute right now due to the virus. In the future, God willing, Chuck Zito, a Bosnian was survivor and Mario winans the famous singer from bad boy
Good interview, Beck is still interrupting too much.
You must be pretty cool to have Kieth Richards ringing your house
sharon story yeah you believe the stories he said?
Bek Lover & The Come Back Keith Richards did live in New York in the 80s and all the other English guys when they went over there stayed at the ritz , plus Keith was heavy on the coke so I’m guessing Andy was the guy sorting shit out , anyway great podcast great to listen to when catching the sun while on lockdown regards all the way from Liverpool

I made a mistake your grandfather is who my grandfather was from Naples he's who my grandfather told me about some the family was a part of the mob I thought it was his father that Papa told me not to think bad about the family just because the law would say is not the whole story sorry but PAPA was saying things were different then I never I had any experiences as they did and I'm 67 years old but I still respect the name and the people I don't care what they did
U ever notice it's always the same story'with these guys?," They where turning on me, they wouldn't help me with my lawyer fees," lol
