  • This lecture explains the meaning of the parliamentary form if government practiced by different states ( countries) of the world. As well as it gives emphasis on legislative , executive and judiciary powers in context to India.
    Objectives:
    1. To get knowledge on parliamentary form of government.
    2. To know how government works in India.

    Judicial review is there in Indian constitution. NJAC is scrapped by the Supreme Court also IT act even if proper procedure was followed in parliament. Prof has guided improperly. Kindly correct it.

      Sachin Salunke nowhere is it mentioned...that courts have the power of judicial review
