Hey traders. I've just launched a new bundle for all 3 of my trading courses. Get them all together for a 25% discount in the course page on the description ☝
Support and resistance levels seem to always coinside with the nodes of VP . They are very important points. Tnx for answering also the placement of the VP
@@PriceActionVolumeTrader I meant to ask you this. Why are the low nodes S&R levels and where fast moves move through. It seems contradicting. Are they S&R levels because no one wants to trade these levels? I understand how price can blow through these low nodes but not getting S&R.. Thanks
hello.first of all thank you so much for this informative tutorial . just wanted to know what setting should I use for the fixed volume range? should I leave it by default?
As of today in Dec 2023, Gold just hit an ATH a couple of days ago. How do I reference a price from the past when it's now at a level it's never been before? With reference to the part of your video at around 6:10 mark.
At ATHs the best way for targets is Fibonacci extensions and trailing stops at logical levels. I go over that in my courses, but I’ll look to do a summary video for youtube in the coming weeks.
I didn't know you could get fixed range volume profile on trading view. Thanks so much. How do you set it to the same color scheme and bar size that you have in your videos? Mine is blue orange and really blocky.
Just double click it or click the gear icon on the little toolbar. I go over it in the video I think. To get it smoother adjust the row size. I usually have about 250-350. The color just choose the value area (68%) and outside value color to whatever you like from the options.
2:10 Fixed Range Volume profile, today, your video is from 1 year ago, is not available for free accounts, neither any vp in the technical tab. Ha, ok the Fixed Range Volume profile & Anchored VP are in the tool box on the left side.

Actually, I'm only at 12:34, but I already know that it's a very interesting video, lots of thanks.
Very helpful, no one else covers this point. Thanks

Yes. Low Volume Nodes = Rejection Areas (support & resistance) or Fast Moves

@deltalordtrading because all the liquidity is at the higher volume nodes aka buy and sell orders
Nicely explained
Good information 😊
Thank you!

I made a part 2 video on settings. Check it out.
@@PriceActionVolumeTrader Thank you
Do have a video on what your setting are for the fixed volume profile?
There is not much to it but I’ll make a quick video on what I use for context.
So, can i use it for 5m for scaping ? Thanks
Yes.
Can we use fixed range volume profile for determining which fair value gap / imbalance candle that has high potential as reversal area ?
Thank you
Gaps are pretty easy to identify cause they show as a Low Volume Node most of the time.

@@PriceActionVolumeTrader Thanks for the reply!
when you make your videos you set very low sound settings. i can barely hear what you are saying no matter what I do here with my computer settings(
This was an old video. I’ve upgraded mic since. Let me know how newer videos sound.
Everything's good. Just do something for the audio, it's barely audible even on full volume 😶
Will check on that.
I can hear it fine
@@alta-d4090 me too!
Might have been an old setting, but newer videos should be fine.
lets go!
