What a lovely nostalgic video, thank you Nigel. You didn’t mention my favourite (after a banana butty with thick butter on nutty brown bread) the famous chip butties. The test of a “real chip butty” is when the butter runs down your arms as you eat it! I just remembered - when I was pregnant with my first son I had a terrible craving for banana butties liberally encrusted with plain salted chips- absolutely delicious. I dread to think how many must have eaten. Happy memories of happy days- thank you. Best wishes to you and Molly from a warmer Torquay. X

I'm enjoying a " no buy" year. It sounds like some kind of deprivation but it's the opposite. I get a rush out of finding creative uses for what I already own. Shopping my pantry, cooking simple meals, baking rustic bread and such. I stay out of the shops, stay off Amazon and don't buy excess of anything. Our place is very small ( full time RV nomads) so there is no room to store extras. What a relief to not be a slave to consumerism. I think I will make a banana sandwich for supper 😊
Just wondering what to eat after a bout of Covid. Banana sandwich will hit the spot! Grew up in Cornwall eating them. We also used to tear up some bread, crumble an Oxo cube and put boiling water on it. We were poor, so that filled us up and kept us warm in the winter. My kids (born and raised in Florida) both love beans on toast.
Beans on toast is food of the gods. I haven’t been able to eat them for 6 years because of cancer, but I treasure the memory. As kids we crumbled bread into oxo. We weren’t particularly skint, but in those days very few people had much disposable income. We also used to crumble bread into milk. We called it ‘pobs.’ 😊❤️
I remember crisps on Friday when my Dad came home from the village comrades club after work. They were Smiths ( I think) with salt in a blue packet inside the pack. Didn't get any other flavors.
My grandad owned a pub. I remember as a kid being given smiths crisps with the blue bag in. Only plain, I think. It was great rummaging round for the bag that was always at the bottom. I used to pinch the odd bottle of Babycham, too. 😊❤️🥂
Very much agree. I almost always put something in the online basket and leave it there for a couple weeks.. then delete most things. Now you’re sparking memories - square carpets with lino round the edges! Sugar butties! (How am I not diabetic?!) Crisp butties. Apple butty. Once when I was working from 8am till 2:30am the following day, I had a Holland potato and meat pie on a bread roll! Not had a banana sarny for years but we obviously influenced our youngest daughter (33) who still has a ‘nana butty. (BTW we watched the nearly lost Molly video yesterday! So glad you managed to recover her safely! Definitely something dodgy going on there). Now having memories of my childhood home and things of the late 50s and early 1960s! Don (& Hazel)
We used to toast butter and sugar sandwiches. I love peanut butter and banana sandwiches gently toasted with butter on the outside…the peanut butter and banana melts a little….yummy!! Thank you for reminding me. My granddaddy loved field peas with cornbread and pepper sauce….me, too.
I agree completely .I have reduced my Amazon purchases significantly in the last few months .But I do still buy and sell on Ebay as a hobby , so I sell what I no longer need and use the money to buy what I do need .
My friend buys some of his clothes from an Army surplus store as they get quality stuff at a reduced price. He does tend to stand out when he goes to Northern Ireland or to England 😂
I do try and shop locally but if you work full time it's tricky. When I was a student in Sheffield there was an amazing grocers called Beanies that was on my walk home and open till 7 each evening so I stopped off regularly and shopped there rather than the supermarket. But conversely another place I lived in had an amazing butchers that was open 9-5 weekdays and 9-12 Saturday mornings so I only went a couple of times because I was either working or often doing other life laundry on a Saturday morning. I'm not saying local shops should work really long hours but always thought more continental style opening times would really help with more people shopping locally.
I tried to make an Amazon account last week.. I wasn't successful and kept going round in circles. I wanted a book from an author in America (Gregg Braden) and the only option given was Amazon. I was quite relieved when I failed. My son's wife has an account and she ordered it for me. I do Order from Baldwins occasionally. I used to visit their shop near the Elephant and Castle London in the late 70's. They have things I cant buy in local shops.. Also I think I am going to stop using my membership card at the Co-op! I get fed up with their e-mails asking how my visit was. Tesco and Sainsburys I don't visit anymore.
I'm retired too and it's fab! Visited England in November for the first time, and we ate so well everywhere. I loved visiting your country and will surely be back. The climate was mild and the countryside was beautiful, even if they sky was cloudy the entire 10 days!
I make banana with peanut butter sandwiches, and a ham and cheese sandwich with potatoes chips in it❤when I was young we ate white bread torn into pieces sprinkle with sugar and pour milk over it❤
Having lived in Texas for a short time I soon learned that Americans tend to use mayo and not butter on their sandwiches. Can’t beat a narna sandwich!! I’ve been trying to find a local greengrocer but the nearest is 4 miles away but I’ll still give it a go. I also watch Kalani, he’s lovely.
Pork fat on bread. Love it.. Morriisons was the only place to get it in England by the end 2000s. I bloody miss it. My go to comfort food. If the OP of this is foreign. You just won't get it. If you were raised in the British isles in the middle 20th century you just know..
I remember all of those. We also had sugar melted on toast, but you HAD to wait until it cooled or you got a burn on your mouth. My favourite sandwich is egg and tomato chopped up together, we called them seaside sandwiches as we always had then when we went to the beach. Loved your post today, and I leave my Amazon basket for a while too, it’s amazing what you think you need when you actually don’t. Keep smiling 😊
I've cut my Amazon shopping down by 80%.My significant other ....that's another story 😆! I'm a boomer ...just ! My parents didn't own a car for many years back in the 70s , we survived on my Dad's wage and mum looked after us . I believe everything started to go wrong in the 80s when a certain lady came to power , then after everything became unbalanced.
I do order online when I discover an indendant shop when I'm away from home say, and they offer online too. Banana sandwich, banana & peanut butter on toast are two of my favourite easy lunches 😊
I still do most of my food shopping in the local shops. About once a month I go to a supermarket for things I can't get locally - but even that is a family-run supermarket and not a big-chain one. As to food - I don't remember having mayo when I was a kid and have never liked it. My favourite butties were chip butties (that's french fries for the Americans). I don't buy online although sometimes one of my kids gets me something that I need there. But I have to really need it. Anyway - thanks for your input. As always - I agree!!
I live in Belper and we have a fantastic high street with a greengrocers a butchers and many gift and book shops as well as a great outdoor clothing and camping shop. Also I work for Royal mail and we live in an age of ring door bells with folk ordering tracked parcel items like bin bags and clothing pegs.
I remember working in Belper many years ago. I’m lucky to live in a small town, home to many local and artisan shops. It’s a totally different experience to living in a large conurbation with only large outlets. Local butcher, greengrocer, baker. It may cost a bit more, but it’s quality produce and it’s nice to walk out of the house and meet so many familiar faces. It’s ’community.’ 😊
I've no choice to buy online my local outdoor store stopped selling alot of gear because they cost to much to import but I buy what I from my local store
It’s a shame that this is common. Small stores are only going to stock what they can sell easily and make a little profit. I always say that you can only do what you can do, and if you do that, then you’re doing all you can do.
@primalengland totally true the age of the Internet killed alot of things big same glued to are phone people getting anxious if they haven't there phone
You got me thinking , bread and dripping with a dollop of that lovely brown jelly a sprinkle of salt , delicious 👍 Love it when you go off on a tandem😂
We still eat peanut butter & banana sandwiches where I live. I've never had a Crisp Sandwich, but I can remember having mayonnaise and cracker sandwiches when I was a boy. I'm getting old, but I still love all the things I enjoyed as a child. Simple food like fried potatoes and onions, cornbread, fresh baked biscuits and pinto beans. I'll take a bowl of beans and cornbread over steak any day! Keep up the great banter, Nigel. Hope you and everyone else here has a great week.
We like you going off on a tangent! Can I suggest Mountain Warehouse for your waterproof, 70% off. Other outdoor clothing retailers are available. Peace and love back Nigel.
@@boochie3933 Ha! Mountain Warehouse was what I was trying to think of when I said something about Sports R Us, or something. It just escaped me so I said the first thing that came into my head. I don’t think Sports R Us is even a thing. 😁 I love 70% off. We shall research. Thanks.
This is food for thought Nigel 👍. Sometimes it works 😉. Thank you for another talk and walk. I might have to try that crisp butter sandwich. Sounds very unhealthy 😅.
Oh how I love crisp/chip/mash/pie butties. I never had fish fingers growing up, although I do enjoy a nice fish & chip shop fish butty. Thank you for bringing back some lovely childhood memories. Also memories of my dearly departed mum. She loved cheese & egg done (on metal plates) in the oven with fresh bread & butter. I also do the add stuff to my online basket then delete, save or buy as the days/weeks progress. Though my New Year resolution was to not buy stuff I don’t really need, that sit in their boxes cluttering up my house! Anyways, all the best to you & Molly…. ❤️🐾🖖
The thing is that technology is now much simpler. E.g. Using a banking app on your phone is simple and available 24 hours a day, going to an actual bank however is much more problematic.
Greetings Nigel, as always I find myself smiling after watching one of your videos. Sometimes we "hippie" sorts need a little validation of the beliefs and practices we've carried over the years. I've never been a material sort, and long before online shopping I would put things in the basket, walk around the store and contemplate the need vs. want question. Very often those non necessity items found their way back to the shelf. I can't get out like I used to, so online shopping has become more the norm, but I still put things in wish lists (like the old basket) and come back to them to decide what stays and what goes. So I thank you for sharing the tried and true practices of our younger days with everyone, and for validating a fellow boomer...it's comforting to know I'm not alone. ✌💓
Hi Nigel, first, I agree you cannot beat a crisp butty. I had one only the other week, but I had to buy a six-pack of Walkers crisps (which only cost £1.80) because my local newsagents had run out of single bags of cheese & onion crisps... /
@@philipevans6641 I got mine from my local Co op. They only sell 6 packs. In fact, I haven’t seen single packs for ages. I rarely eat crisps. Trouble is, I go through all 6 packs in one go.
You’re a man after my own heart! I recently went to a local store, in an attempt to avoid Amazon, particularly given the present political climate in the USA! (Why line you-know-whose pockets?) Unfortunately, the store didn’t have what I wanted - and, needed! Consequently, I was “forced” to buy on Amazon! (I believe this new way of shopping has been masterminded by big business sharks!) “Nothing is better than simplicity,” Walt Whitman. I will continue to live according to Whitman’s wisdom as best I can! Thanks for your reflections. I envy you having such proximity to nature. I, too, love the UK and visit as frequently as I can. Continued success will your videos!
@ No, sir, I didn’t “cave in.” The items I bought, I needed. It wasn’t mindless consumerism. I don’t buy what I don’t need. Hope you’re more understanding this time around.
If I didn't shop online, then I would not be able to shop because all that's around here is a pokey little supermarket, hairdressers, tanning salons, gyms, nail technicians, etc...
So interesting..i’m a generation X french canadian and my Da used to make us brown sugar sandwiches as well…wich was a treat for us and we found it so funny but loved it! Also there was always a teapot of King Cole tea on the stove..wich i believe is the equivalent of your breakfast tea…your ramblings brought lovely memories from my childhood. Thanks for that Nigel ~ and give Molly a stroke from me
Does it? I thought about this, but hadn’t researched it. That’s one drawback. The last bag I got was last Winter. I’ll have to see if the price difference is enough to make me feel a bit self righteous without breaking the bank.
Omg! Sugar butties ! I had forgotten - my folks fed these to us on weekends. And I love bread wth butter and banana slices, still eat this every day! Often I’ll splurge on almond butter and devour that with bread and bananas. Thanks for that.♥️
Etsy is a bit like shop local/small businesses if you shop with the proper artisans. I do like the idea of putting in a basket for a couple of weeks… My mother used to have jam or marmalade on a dry weetabix as an after school snack (50’s UK). I adore banana and jam sandwiches!
Never thought of this Nigel, I’m gonna try it , the anticipation is building in me already , I might pop all kinds of expensive unaffordable items in it just for the hell of it. My big worry would be my dyslexic finger tapping the buy now button by mistake. 😂😂😮
I try to buy local but quite often I can’t find the item I want. For instance, I wanted a small metal water bottle that fits in my handbag instead of buying a bottle of water made of plastic. I ended up having to get it from Amazon. I buy very little these days and each purchase is considered for an appropriate amount of time. Do I really love it? Do I actually need it? I have cheese and crisp sarnies but I love a (chip shop) chip butty 😊
There seems to be so few local outlets that if you are doing what you can, then you’re are everything you can. 👍 I have the odd chip butty, but I haven’t been in a chippy for years. I need to re ignite that passion. 😊❤️
That's a fair point. As kids we used to go pea-picking. And get paid for doing it by the farmer. We were always ill on the first day, as we ate more than we put on the trailer.
Yeees. Fish sticks sandwich. This has been a wonderful trip down memory lane. Now I'll continue the journey by going through the ever reliable uplifting comments.
Good point Nigel. I’m trying to wean myself off it. But for some odd reason in the US there’s some stuff the stores don’t carry that can only be bought on Amazon 🤷♀️ Those sandwiches sound soooo good! What an easy snack lol
I wonder if that is because the US is much more spread out and it wouldn’t be viable to stock some goods in areas that wouldn’t have a market for them. We have thousands of tiny villages here, but they are rarely more than a few miles from a town with lots of shops and supermarkets. My little town has every artisan shop you could think of: butchers, bakers, grocers. I think the whole of the UK could fit into many of your states.
Secondly, I think you are making banana sandwiches the wrong way. You slice your banana, but I mash it with a knife or fork. But you need a slightly brown banana to do that.
Tangent all you want Nigel, I'm here for it....I've always liked peanut butter and banana sandwiches. I would usually just toast the bread, but about 25 years ago, I was in Memphis, took a tour of Elvis Presley's Graceland, and got a grilled pb & banana sandwich - delicious! The King famously loved pb & banana sandwiches....I also enjoy putting crisps (we Yanks call chips) on bologna and cheese sandwiches - yum!
Nigel, you spat out that "Decathlon" as if it was one of Bertie Bott's badder beans! 😂 We found some not really expensive, quite good stuff at Mountain Warehouse in Buxton! Lovely people! When my daughter took to horses, I discovered a whole new world of riding supply and farming supply shops! Farming supply generally has a whole range of animal feeds, gardening, chemicals of all kinds(!🤔), but especially, a whole range of very functional outdoor clothing from Wellies to hunting jackets to the pointed woolly hat! My dear 85 yo MIL is now depending on a wheelchair for getting out and about for shopping and socializing! And she was afraid af 🥶 in the chair! We bought her a really warm signal orange hunting jacket (there was a men's and ladies' line) with a pattern of autumnal oak leaves all over the orange part - quite a fashion statement really! And now she doesn't even have to rummage through her purse anymore, because this lovely warm garment has lots of functional pockets! We also bought one of those vests, you can heat with a powerbank, and that has turned out to be quite the thing out in the cold and during nights when she's hurting, can't sleep and meditates, but the central heater is on night setting!
@@jasonuk8333 Do you something, Jason. I’ve never had Nutella. I keep meaning to get some. I don’t really like sweet things, but I’m going to get some now.
Really enjoyed that chat today Nigel, I love both crisp buttys and banana buttys and another favourite was a pickled onion butty for those evenings when you went to the fridge and there was nothing in bar tub of butter, bottle of milk and a few sorry looking vegetables 😂😂
I love the Great Depression saying, "Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without." I also put things in the cart, and wait for a week or two, and you realize some of those things were just a whim or a "buying hit of dopamine." I love banana sandwiches with mayonnaise, and my great uncle used to make me a brown sugar biscuit (USA/bread, not a cookie) or a brown sugar sandwich. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are so good, and you forget how good they are.
My local farmshop stopped doing 'won't grow mix' so I bought a 20kg bag from an animal feed store online. I've boycotted Amazon for years! Life's not perfect but I try hard
I have to be dragged kicking and screaming to buy from anywhere online. Until recently, I have always had to be extremely careful with money, so it was a case of 'lead me not into temptation'. I currently need 3 things from Amazon: a Kelly kettle, a power pack for my phone; and a battery charger. I've needed them since September ( in case of power cuts). Have I bought them yet? No. I live in a rural area and shop once a week trying to use my 'local' 'pay by weight' + greengrocer + butcher, in an effort to use as little plastic wrap and packaging as possible. If you wonder where such a paradise is, it is in Penzance in Cornwall UK. But to buy tech gear, it is a day's trip out to Truro or Amazon. ( yes, we have several 'outdoor' shops near Penzance but when I asked about a Kelly Kettle they looked at me as if I was stupid. The staff are clothes sales folk and no nothing about the camping side of their store at all, sadly). Shopping local is a matter of organising oneself and all these stores accept cash! Yeah!
In my area of the US we try shopping locally as much as possible, only to be told that what we are needing, we need to buy it 'on line' very frustrating. In Joy
Lovely, Lancashire chip, banana, fish and chip butty!!!! Brings back my childhood growing up!😋 Never ever ordered anything from Amazon. Only buy what's necessary from a local store. See you again ✌️& ❤!!

I rarely shop on line. Getting out of the house is good even if it just a trip to the store. Peace and love with pats to Miss Miolly
I’m all for getting out of the house. Molly got her pats. ❤️🐕🦺🐾
Shop locally definitely and support local charities
My dad mopped up tomato juice from his tinned tomatoes (with bacon & eggs) with some white bread
(How am I not diabetic?!)
Crisp butties.
Must admit, I haven’t used eBay for years. It was a good little hobby, and profitable to boot.

Banana and cinnamon sandwich yum ❤ Yes, buy local! 🎉
Banana, peanut butter and cinnamon on toast! Gorgeous
@@Mrs.S-UK that's one of my favourite breakfasts with a black coffee, or porridge, seeds and black frozen berries.
Retired too, Nigel, and it certainly is fab :) Have a great day :)
And you too, Gerri. 🐕🦺
Great advice. Completely agree.
love listening to you focusing on a subject,,,,, interesting for sure,,,,
Thank you. I thought I rambled a bit here. Once I open my mouth all sorts of nonsense tumbles out. 😊
I'm retired too and it's fab! Visited England in November for the first time, and we ate so well everywhere. I loved visiting your country and will surely be back. The climate was mild and the countryside was beautiful, even if they sky was cloudy the entire 10 days!
I make banana with peanut butter sandwiches, and a ham and cheese sandwich with potatoes chips in it❤when I was young we ate white bread torn into pieces sprinkle with sugar and pour milk over it❤
I love ham and cheese sandwiches with chips.
I’ve just answered a comment and mentioned bread, milk and sugar. We used to call it milk pobs.😊
Me mam used to go on about "Bread boily" summat they had in the 1950s. Perhaps @primalengland could enlighten us.
Simple living is the anawer.
Fish finger sandwich 🥳
Woah they're lovely.
As long as they use something. The thought of a dry butty is horrific to my fragile Lancashire sensibilities. 🥪🥪
My parents had a square carpet in the living room, so did my grandparents. Memories 💭
P.s I love a good tangent, keep 'em coming Nigel👍
@@chippyflippy Thank you, we certainly will.
Totally agree with everything you said ! Including 🍌 / crisp 🥪 😋 Cheese and Onion or Salt and Vinegar for me ! 🙃
I will eat salt and vinegar occasionally, but only when I want my whole head to tingle. 😊❤️
Beef dripping on sandwiches, can you remember that just curious?. my father when he was alive, love that I just thought I’d mention it.
Ha! I read the first part of that, and was going to type. ‘My father loved them when he was alive.’ Then I noticed what you had typed. 😁
Good morning! So glad to see another video
Youre not wrong
I love banana, peanut butter and honey sandwich! But banana in heavily buttered bread is good too! Beautiful!
I do order online when I discover an indendant shop when I'm away from home say, and they offer online too.
Banana sandwich, banana & peanut butter on toast are two of my favourite easy lunches 😊
Thank you for the lovely video, cheers.
You got me thinking , bread and dripping with a dollop of that lovely brown jelly a sprinkle of salt , delicious 👍
Love it when you go off on a tandem😂
My dad loved dripping sandwiches. Today they would think it horrific. That’s why they’re all boring.😊❤️
Hope you have a good week. You sound southern like me. Peas and cornbread are my favorites with pepper sauce.

We like you going off on a tangent! Can I suggest Mountain Warehouse for your waterproof, 70% off. Other outdoor clothing retailers are available. Peace and love back Nigel.
I use Mountain Warehouse, too. Lots of sales and the quality is good.
A little of what you fancy…….. 😊❤️
Worth the calories though
@philipevans6641 yes, it sounds unhealthy and delicious 😁
Simple is best. I love to let many food flavors speak for themselves. You shall see me on the flip!😊 👍😎🇨🇦✌️💝
Thanks for posting 😊
I hate AMAZON with a passion; never used it and never will.
And you are absolutely right. 👍
I subscribe to the principal of KISS. The temptation of technology is a slippery slope!
The thing is that technology is now much simpler. E.g. Using a banking app on your phone is simple and available 24 hours a day, going to an actual bank however is much more problematic.
@johnscholey6185 I appreciate your perspective. It's just not for me.
No you were not “forced” you caved in instead of doing without.
@ No, sir, I didn’t “cave in.” The items I bought, I needed. It wasn’t mindless consumerism. I don’t buy what I don’t need. Hope you’re more understanding this time around.
Most local shops are coop or Morrisons daily so we’re still feeding the larger stores locally
Ramblings are great😂. I have never put my bank information online. I only shop in stores.
Thanks for that Nigel ~ and give Molly a stroke from me
I used to buy bird seed in a pet shop but it just works out cheaper plus it’s delivered for free .
Thanks for that.♥️
I do same. Gone from putting stuff in cart to on the wish list.
Etsy is a bit like shop local/small businesses if you shop with the proper artisans.
I do like the idea of putting in a basket for a couple of weeks…
My mother used to have jam or marmalade on a dry weetabix as an after school snack (50’s UK). I adore banana and jam sandwiches!
Sound advice Nigel. If I leave things in my basket I often completely forget all about it ( yes it's probably my age ha ha).
Never thought of this Nigel, I’m gonna try it , the anticipation is building in me already , I might pop all kinds of expensive unaffordable items in it just for the hell of it. My big worry would be my dyslexic finger tapping the buy now button by mistake.
😂😂😮
@@lindacleveland1289 Don’t do that!!!!! 😁❤️
Anybody else remember Seabrook crisps?
Their cheese crips are absolutely brill. You can get still get them.
Newly picked garden peas on white bread and butter. Mmmmmm! We often had that at my Gran's.
That sounds perfect, but every time I’ve grown or bought peas, they never actually made it much beyond the pod.
That's a fair point. As kids we used to go pea-picking. And get paid for doing it by the farmer. We were always ill on the first day, as we ate more than we put on the trailer.
Yes indeed, Retirement is FAB!! ❤🎉
Yeees. Fish sticks sandwich. This has been a wonderful trip down memory lane. Now I'll continue the journey by going through the ever reliable uplifting comments.
Good point Nigel. I’m trying to wean myself off it. But for some odd reason in the US there’s some stuff the stores don’t carry that can only be bought on Amazon 🤷♀️
Those sandwiches sound soooo good!
Banana and peanut butter for me, the salty and sweet combination 😋 my mum used to give us sliced apple sandwiches when we were young 😊
That idea is, unquesionally a defence against impuls buying.😄😄😄
go where you want to go...drawn to go....make that banana sandwich~
Pure decadence. 😊
Nigel, you spat out that "Decathlon" as if it was one of Bertie Bott's badder beans! 😂
We found some not really expensive, quite good stuff at Mountain Warehouse in Buxton!
👍👍
Morning slow living..I fed the birds today i dont buy on line.....love your knitt wear..
my husband use to love orange and onion sandwiches, and i tasted it and it was not bad at all. i enjoy watching you ,and your dog .thank you
Banana and Nutella sandwich
@@jasonuk8333 Do you something, Jason. I’ve never had Nutella. I keep meaning to get some. I don’t really like sweet things, but I’m going to get some now.
Sounds yummy! My Dad also did the fried bread and dripping thing. It always smelled delicious!
Really enjoyed that chat today Nigel, I love both crisp buttys and banana buttys and another favourite was a pickled onion butty for those evenings when you went to the fridge and there was nothing in bar tub of butter, bottle of milk and a few sorry looking vegetables 😂😂
It's amusing how we get bombarded with ads to buy all kinds of shit in-between watching your lovely video about doing exactly the opposite.
Absolutely love banana sandwiches and fish finger sandwiches. Jam sandwiches too! And salad cream sandwiches!
I love the Great Depression saying, "Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without." I also put things in the cart, and wait for a week or two, and you realize some of those things were just a whim or a "buying hit of dopamine."
I love banana sandwiches with mayonnaise, and my great uncle used to make me a brown sugar biscuit (USA/bread, not a cookie) or a brown sugar sandwich. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are so good, and you forget how good they are.
OMG! That is one of my favorite sayings. I heard it on a RUclips channel of a young lady who is practicing minimalism.
Yeah!
Love it! I add a little squeeze of lemon juice to my banana sandwiches. Simple things are the best!
Simple things really are the best. Why complicate an already complicated life. 😊
Still eating these sandwiches today magical .
Love a crisp sandwich 🥪
In my area of the US we try shopping locally as much as possible, only to be told that what we are needing, we need to buy it 'on line' very frustrating. In Joy
