1.5 pounds flank steak cut how you see in the video
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water
2 tsp sherry cooking wine
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbs kosher salt
1 large onion, white or brown
2 bunches of green onion green parts only
Sauce (double this recipe if you want it saucier)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp sherry cooking wine
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt

So I made this for Christmas dinner! My daughter is Type 1 diabetic so I added Monkfruit sweetener instead of the sugar…it was absolutely delicious. Didn’t serve with the jasmine rice either just ate it in a bowl with chopsticks. ❤️❤️

Beginner cook here, question, for those who wash chicken, do you also rinse your beef (not ground) I cooked some once and didnt rinse it, and it tasted bloody. Do you think rinsing will help? Great recipe btw, I'm going to try this! These recipes really help me so much
