I live in San Clemente and LOVE it! Midwest girl walks the beach every day! Wouldn’t change my location for almost anything! Just wish the politics were different!

Dear British Bloke, your analysis was a real estate commercial. Was expecting something different. 92672 is the real SC. Talega is not, it’s Rancho Mission Viejo. The home prices are way more expensive than you quoted.😂😂
