Great video. Please do one for intermediates. Chest high day and talk about what you see in a section that tells you whether to pump for speed, bottom turn/top turn and cutback to the curl.
Keep your legs/feet on your board as you're paddling around and catching waves. I see so many beginners star fished on their board creating drag and reducing balance!

Great video and great beginners conditions !! Im actually beginning at surfing but the waves out there are like 1,50m it is quite hard to do the transition from the white water.
First time surfing tomorrow, gonna be a pro after this. Unfortunately I can't wear contacts and don't want to wear my glasses in the water, so I'll be too blind to enjoy the view
Can you do this with with a short board please, its really helpful and informative and would help my progression(can ride easily but not flexible and havent built up the muscles in my body to do a pop up, still doing it on my knees).

Sound like you shoud really not progress to short boards yet, you'll enjoy a bigger board more and learn much more and eventually slowly reduce board size

I often get my inhale, exhale all messed up because i get nervous, this makes me dizzy after 5, 10min in the water.
Yep,great idea.Some people me included can become anxious going out the back thinking we might get taken out to sea and not be able to get back in.

Yeah something like that. Just be careful not too drop a huge amount of volume in this transition as that could make it much harder.
