I love the Ryder Cup, in my opinion it is the best tournament of the year, rowdy crowds and sheer pressure for the players. I don't know how they keep their nerve, I shake on the 1st tee at 07:00 on a Sunday morning with my three pals watching.

I'm starting golf and I'm really enjoying these videos, first time I watch competition. I do not understand how they calculate the score: each player has to win holes (by shooting fewer balls than the opponent) but what is the score on the top left of the screen ? I saw the same score table in Ryder Cup. Thank you !

This Cup was over before the first shot was struck. Le Golf National required better than avg accuracy off the tee and I don't think any of the US team were even in top 10 in driving accuracy. The rough was brutal and making birdies from there was almost impossible. Euro team won easily.
