Mine slip out VERY easily. I can’t get them to stay. What am I doing wrong?

It's possible that it's the texture of your hair. It stays in longer for one of my daughters than the other, although they easily stay over a month for both, and in my own hair, as well. We all have different hair types - mine is Asian and on the coarse side, my older daughter has silkier and medium fine hair, and my younger one has curly hair. However, I tied some in for one of my daughters' friends and they kept slipping out after a day or two. If you can, I suggest experimenting on someone else's hair to figure out if it's your technique or the hair texture that's the issue. Good luck!

Typical directions usually say 2-3 hairs but I usually do 4-5 strands of hair on my daughters hair. Also, make sure you’re doing a square not (what she meant by hair over tinsel and then tinsel over hair). It would probably be a good idea to just look on RUclips on how to do a square not first because it’ll be very clear to you what she means. It’s super easy but very hard to show with hair. That way you can see someone doing it with rope and you’ll be like oh that’s super easy I get it now! Good luck!
P.S. Also, make sure you’re not brushing directly over it when you do your hair. That will probably help. I usually brush my daughters hair an inch from the scalp bc hair doesn’t normally tangle there anyways. ❤

They can be purchased on Amazon, but I'm afraid I don't know about your Amazon marketplace specifically.

We usually just let them fall out naturally when they're ready, but apparently, you can just untie them like you would any small knot with your fingernails, good eyesight and some patience. 😉 Another tip is to cut one hair really close to the knot, which will help loosen it, before attempting to untie.

No clue how you started the first loop/knot. Also, cringe every time the word “twinkle” is used. It’s tinsel. Just tinsel.
