I have noticed too that some charity shops are becoming expensive for toys. Not all but I am thinking it is only a matter of time before they all become like this. I agree with you, it is not the spirit of a charity shop to function on profit. It should work both ways, money for the charity but cheaper things for people too. I went to 2 "expensive" kids charity shops 2 days ago. I know they are expensive but sometimes it is possible to find great bargains if dolls are a bit rare and obscure and they don't know what they are. There were some RH in the window. I asked for the price: £8.50. Well, they had clothes and shoes but they were in played with condition needing a bit of help. I had one of them. The other I would not mind to have but not for that price in that condition. Just to say, I think the B&M £12 SH dolls are a kind of miracle!! I bought a few things but no dolls. I had a bargain on a Pinkie Cooper pet dog. Delighted! I love Pinkie Cooper and I am looking for their pets too. In another charity shop another day I bought a cave Club for £1, the one with the blue hair. I kind of regretted not buying her when they were reduced in Smyths. I also bought a made to move Barbie for £1.50. Not that much these past 2 weeks but I leave many dolls behind I probably would have bought before because of space. I don't see many RH at the moment, only the 2 £8.50 ones. I did find Delilah Fields wearing her second outfit with socks, shoes, earrings and flowers in her hair for £1.50 about 2 months ago. I could not believe it! There's still hope! The ghostly MH doll is Kyomi Haunterley from the Haunted line. She is inspired by a Japanese mythological ghost creature. You should check her. She is amazing with her original outfit. I prefer G1 MH to G3 by far. I prefer their faces and face molds and their og bodies too. They are not supposed to represent realistic body shapes. It works with their themes and design. I think the guy is max steel someting like that maybe yes, maybe not! The omg guy is so cute with his long hair. His name is Rocker Boi. He was sold in a 2 pack with punk girl. The RH is Jett Dawson as you said. She is really cool. I like her a lot.

The dolls here go for about 6 dollars sometimes less I think what you paid for Jett is fair because I go thrifting each week and have never found her. Loved the video❤

The charity shops here in Dublin - at least the ones that I have been into - really don't seem to do dolls at all so you're very lucky to find so many where you are. I love my LOL Rocker Boi, I may have even bought a secondhand double of him myself! Sadly the Cave Club lines were discontinued a few years back, it's a shame because I thought they were fun and colourful little dolls which kids would have enjoyed. I have a second hand RH Jet Dawson too, the hair on mine is messed up - she is meant to have a little hair bun on the top of her head with the rest of the hair hanging loose. Also clothes-wise, her original outfit was black and white and looked like it had been sketched in black pen (it's hard to describe), mine actually came in her original outfit. The red dress was her second outfit which came on a mannequin in her box, it was quite fancy looking and was meant to have been a dress that she had created. Oh and the musclebound hunk is called Max Steel!
Hi, we do seen lucky here and one shop seems to get a lot but quite often they are not the sort i want but to other collectors it would be a dream shop, I have been lucky with Jetts hair, it is in great condion, thakyou for watching 🥰❤️
Nice dolls are very hard to find at charity shops (which we call thrift stores) here in the US, as well! There's a big chain here called Goodwill and they have their own eBay-like website that most of the really good dolls go to rather than store shelves. 😢
Hi, yes, it seems a similar system here. they shops are not the same as they used to be, i understand they need as much money as they can get for the charity but some of the magic has gone and charity shops also used to be about selling items that people couldnt afford too. I help out at a charity shop and the most expensive toys are around £4 and its usually a big bag of lego or toy cars , £8 seems really over priced! and I can't leave ant MLPs behind either especially G1s , and the deffo need some hair conditioner ( I use herbal essences and if its really frizzy I leave it on over night ;) ) and I think the buff "action man" is called max steel not sure if he's related to action man or if its another franchise :)

I brought most of my doll s from charity shops do them up, keep them and sell them and put the money towards my dolls ❤
