You definitely have something at least similar if you look around. This is over an hour from my house. Everywhere I’ve lived has had something similar if not this nice. Austin Texas had the best I’ve ever been to. They’re uncommon stores but if you’re willing to drive to them, they’re around.

I'm from mobile Alabama and we have America's thrift stores but i definitely want to go to the first one you visited. If not for the dolls but the plushies so many plushies. I still have the original US edition of care bears from the 80s. That golden care bear is so cute. I want one in my collection.
That Splash n Color Skipper is my favorite Skipper, I still have mine! My brother pulled her head off when I was little, but I kept her body and head even though I couldn't figure out how to put it back on. Now I'm really glad I did because my doll rebodying skills helped me put her back together XD
The cardcaptor sakura lamp came from sokawaii it’s a subscription box from Japan and they always put the cutest stuff in the boxes for such a good price.
I love that you got that birthstone barbie. When you picked her up in my head I was like "Yoink!" I am always on the hunt for them because I love that Steffie face and seeing it with different skin tones and hair colors is so lovely. Also that little lol Easter girl would look really cute beside your peep ones. LOVELOVELOVE Moxie Teenz! Its one of collecting goals to own one of each and all of the bits. Its pretty challenging but they are so gorgeous! I think the one you got is Bijoux because she has the amber colored eyes. I have found her to be more difficult to find then her blue eyed counter part Arizona. Ken clothes will fit her!!!!! Shirts fit well but all pants become capris. She may also wear some of those larger disney doll dresses. I have never tried but it would be fun to see her cosplaying as Elsa or Rapunzel.

Moxie Teenz, a rare find. They can wear some Barbie tops/dresses if they're loose or stretchy enough and some Ken clothes. They will also fit Snapstar and Liv wigs if you cut the plastic peg out of the center. She might possibly fit Avery Styles wigs without the pegs, but I forgot to check the last time I was at my mom's where the old dolls are.

I ended up with lots of lol tots found in car boot sales. They are great fun to collect especially in boot sales. It is inexpensive too. At first, I was picking the punks and alt ones but now I extended the crew to all the ones I like in different styles. They are a bit addictive! I love Moxie Teenz. I don't find them anymore in boot sales unfortunately. They are absolutely gorgeous dolls.
I have the tender heart bear, in a sealed box, along with the white, pink and blue one. For the 40th anniversary of the Care Bears, I got the two pack with both the golden brown and white one just this year 2022.

If you want a nice looking doll that’s not too pricey, a Cinderella doll from the Disney Store is a good option. The shoes are kind of underwhelming but her face is lovely, and with her gown you don’t really see the shoes anyway lol

I'm looking for quality and depth in the clothing and face if that makes sense and closer to her original design but elevated (???) as apposed to a reimagining? and I also like her movie colours more than her marketing pallet but if dolls in that pallet aren't really a thing that's totally cool!!. And personally I like articulation but I prioritise clothing and face quality. Thank you, I really know nothing bout the disney doll scene so I'm really grateful for any help

I like the Descendant’s body as well. I needed to replace a body for a Pullip doll and I used a descendant’s body. I love their hands especially.
