Hi team, how do you achieve the 200mph roof? Is the roof ICF as well?

Great question! Our roof system is not made from ICF. Instead, we use an exclusive engineered truss system that we've developed with a local manufacturer. It features 2x6 truss chords that enhance the overall structural integrity of the roof, stamped to withstand 200 mph winds.
There are options for a concrete roof that will allow you to have a home complete encased in concrete, delivering higher protection!

I looked at your website a couple of weeks ago. Does your company build ICF homes on the Kansas side of the Kansas City area?

Thank you for reaching out! Yes, we do service the Kansas side of the Kansas City area. Since it's a bit further from our main location, our available service options are The Footer and Walls option or The Dry-in package. For projects in Kansas, we typically work alongside your general contractor to deliver our specialized services.
