This is a Memorial video for Buddy. We adopted him in 2013. He was the center of my family. He passed away on 8-6-2024 at the age of 14. I will miss him for the rest of my life.
We have 14 yr old that has a tumor that's slowly impeding her spinal cord. We don't know if it's malignant because we can't afford to have her tested. We'll just keep her comfy and on her pain meds. I'm so sorry for your loss!
K9 Bruno and all my pups as well as myself send thoughts to you. So sorry for your loss. It is like losing a family member. I lost 2 of my pups last year. I have 5 rescue pups right now. RIP Buddy
I am so sorry for your loss. I know the pain you are going through, my wife and I just lost our dog Jake to cancer. It came without any warning and the pain and shock incapacitated the both of us for several days.
It hurts so much, I just had to drive one of my old gals to the vet last week (almost 16yrs), heart failure, at least she passed in peace with me there talking with her and tons of pets and no more pain and nights of panic cuz not getting enough oxy to brain. Sorry for your loss, heartbreak every time.
Buddy was not only your family but your best friend. I understand how hard this time is for you, I lost my cat,Diablo after 16 years. Dr. Smith and his staff in Roswell NM gave him love and respect in his last days and I will always be grateful. Maybe Buddy and Diablo met up and are playing healthy waiting til they see us again. My deepest sympathy for your loss❤😢
I am so sorry for your Loss, these little fur babies are real heart breakers when their time has come, my little dog is 15, paralyzed from the waist down and has been in a wheelchair since he was 5. as an older dog now he has had medical issues and is finding it harder to get around. he refuses to use wheelchair now and I am finding it difficult to make that decision to let him go.
Buddy had been dealing with health issues for years now. He was partially paralyzed a few years ago due to a herniated disc. The vets we went to managed to correct it, but shortly after he was diagnosed with diabetes. This led to the loss of his eyesight about 6 months later. For the last three years, we have been treating his IBD, IBS, chronic liver disease, and chronic kidney disease. Last October he was in the hospital due to pancreatitis, ketoacidosis, his liver was failing and he was jaundiced, he developed pneumonia, and was at real risk of getting sepsis. The vet gave him a 50/50 chance of making it through that, and he fought through like a champ. Back in March, he was diagnosed with lymphoma. My family had been having the talk about when would be the right time to put him down. Thankfully, the choice was made for us because he had a major stroke sometime in the night on August 5, and in the morning on August 6 we drove him to the vet to be put to sleep. He was a trooper and the vet always said that "he is such a tough little guy" because he would always bounce back from the brink of death. I did what I could for him, spent a fortune on medical care and medication, and I would do it all over again. Thank you to everyone who has commented on this video. It means a lot to me and my family.
I'm soooo sorry for your loss. They truly are like our children. I lost my service dog 2 yr ago and it feels like yesterday. I miss her every min of every day. I understand your great loss. God bless
