Great advice Jess!! The setup turn you show has really helped me to get my weight where it needs to be in the downswing. Stack and tilt was foreign to me but I am hitting more solid and longer shots now as a result!!

Excellent video Jess on creating effortless power! I like your suggestion of PULLING BACK the right hip, shoulder and arm in the backswing and PULLING THROUGH the left hip, shoulder, and arm in the follow through! A suggestion that I will definitely be looking into! Well Done Jess!

Good session Jess. How much weight are you starting with on your left leg and you appear to move the left leg laterally on the downswing. How much? What's the trigger on the downswing? Be well-Russ
60-40 at address and then the same at the top and then moving forward from there

I keep hitting the ball hard right, 5-10 feet off the ground since practicing S&T. Can't figure out why😞

No, not yet. Been watching you, Tom, and Golftec Asia Guy and Nick Taylor. I get the whole concept & feels but no results. When I do connect, I pull left. Obviously I'm not looking for an answer on here but just stating where I'm at right now. I usually golf in the mid 80s. First time I tried it on the course I did great. Somehow now I am releasing my wrists before I hit the ball. I'll definitely look into your online lessons if you still offer them. Otherwise I'm in San Diego if you could recommend somebody. This is why 95% of golfers are hackers. Because of golf instructors. You would see a lot more athletic swings if we never listened to these teachers who wrap us up in a straight jacket and say now you should be able to swing freely and hit like tiger.
We dont know how to use the tool so we end up being plagued by chunks on the course.
Nobody has to teach us to use a hammer and after 1 day we all can hit the nail in the middle of the head.
That’s a great analogy but people try to use golf clubs like saws, screwdrivers and everything but a golf club. Sam Snead said most people would cut their fingers off with a fork the way they use a golf club!
