November 2015 friends who live in Chipiona took us to this beautiful vineyard to enjoy a tour and tasting at their bodega. Truly a spectacular experience. Our favourite wine was the Garum. The cheeses provided were a perfect balance for sampling the wine. The beautiful bodega has a stunning view and with the wrap around windows looks like it belongs in a James Bond movie. We purchased several bottles including one of Petit Verdot that we will enjoy sometime later in 2016. The clay urn with the Garum wine was just too large for us to take back to Canada but so tempting. The care with which Bodega Luis Perez takes in giving visitors an experience in both wine tasting and 'art' is memorable and unique.
