    Curry leaves, mostly known as kadhi
    patta, karuveppilai are widely used in Indian cooking. These fragrant
    leaves not only add aroma to the
    food but they are also loaded with
    immense health benefits.Today I
    will share you healthy Curry
    leaves/ kadi patta/ karuveppilai
    soup.
    Let's see the recipe.
    Ingredients:
    - 1 Tsp Pure Ghee
    - 5 - 6 Black Pepper
    - 2 Cloves
    - 1 Cardamom
    - small piece of Cinnamon
    - 1 Tsp Cumin
    - Pieces of fresh Turmeric or 1/2
    Tsp Turmeric powder
    - 2 Small Onions Chopped
    - 8 - 9 Garlic cloves
    - 1 Small Tomato chopped
    - Leaves of 25 - 30 sprigs Curry
    leaf
    - 3 Tsp Soaked Tuvar/Toor/Arhar Dal
    - Chopped fresh Coriander
    - Salt to taste- 1 1/2 Lt Water
    Method :
    - Heat cooker add Ghee, black pepper, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, cum
    in, turmeric
    - Saute it for 1 min
    - Add chopped onion,garlic saute it
    well
    - Add tomato,curry leaves,soaked
    toor dal,chopped fesh
    coriander,water
    - close cooker
    - Make 4 whistles
    - open cooker allow it to cool
    - Make puree of it
    - strain well
    - Add salt to taste & boil well
    - Healthy delicious Curry leaves/
