Joe Hampton plays for a team in the city I was born in lmao. I saw him get into a bit of an altercation not to long ago so hopefully he just lets his play do the talking because Colombia ain’t a safe place for foreigners. He’s been doing really well though so hopefully it helps him get into a better league.
Good video but I disagree that Penn-Johnson was the best player on season 2 (unless you meant potential/talent). Of the players featured, Dez was probably the best. But the show didn't feature any of ELACs best players that season and I'm not really sure why. If you look at the stats, Dez is the only player that was featured who was even in the top 7 in MPG on the team. Penn-Johnson, DC, and Damani all averaged only 10 mpg, Shamar had 6mpg, and Josh Phillips had 3mpg. My guess is that the producers picked the players they were going to follow early on and those were the guys they thought would be most interesting in terms of personality, backstory, and future potential, but none of them really lived up to their potential on the court

Dc is filthy and that second string guard with the pythons and gritty ass game.. not a big fan of Bryan penn, predictable left handed baby hook every time, no advanced footwork (displayed in the show at least)
I really don't understand why Shemar is homeless. It hurt me to my heart. Lebron James or some other Athetes should help. If they help him with a place to live a permanent place then He could get a job. Should a good young Man. I hope He finds GOD and let GOD turn his life around. Lebron Stepen Curry,Anthony, Kanye help this young Man

I think this just shows just how big of a jump it is for some of these kids to go from from JUCO to D1 levels of basketball.

Cofield and Langston should have def gotten more screen time. Cofield averaged 9 ppg that season.
