Dr.T.SURESH PADMANABAN writes: Great to know and have. Thanks to all making a dream comes true in India. Hats off to BHEL, ABB and their teammates and all Associates. I feel happy as an idian like you all. I will disseminate this to my all colleagues and my student family. Finally, after 10 years of my dream when i read HVDC from Padiyar text onwards, now i feel blessed like a baby i have. Royal salute to all Engineers. Engineers you did it. You are making the world brighter. Thanks
Thanks sarkar and Narendra Kumar and aruna for this lovely video. Very proud to have associated in this project from Electronics division of BHEL Bangalore
Awesome 👍 Amazing project 🙌 Proud of our engineers . Wishing BHEL greater achievement . Request the government of India to commission more such projects . Jai engineering fraternity .
I am final year Electrical Engineering student & it's fascinating & proud feeling to see these big projects that our country has completed ❤️. Thanks to BHEL & other partners. 🇮🇳🇮🇳
Salutations to the Enterprising enthusiastic intelligent hardworking engineers of the BHEL team for making this great massive project a reality to the appreciations and admirations of a the technology leaders Thank you for being so
Thanks for a very good project information. And also I appreciate all the engineers, technicians and all other workers worked in th project without any fatal accidents. Congrats to BHEL and ABB
Great achievement for India, but not first in the world since this transmission in 2016 and China have several similar or even higher level UHVDC since 2010.
HVDC are made for long transmission line and dc current flows in transmission line and ac is received for long transmission so it's cost economic due to use of high power electronics devices there is less corona effect and high harmonics than normal transmission line.
HVDC is more efficient than EHVAC over long distance transmission but their installation cost is higher more & more countries now using HVDC for long transmission lines.
Impressive facility. But these harmonics traps look dangerously low on ground 5:50. Nobody gets close to them when the system is alive. Why didn't you lift them higher, out of reach so nobody gets hurt?
Is hvdc ha transmission line mere gaw se pass karta hai wahi mai soch soch ke pagal ho raha tha kee ransmission wo bhee single phase mai aur agar transmission three phase mai hoo raha hai to tisra wire kaha hai ayr hvdc ke bare mai pata tha je wo india mai nahi hai wahi soch soch je pagal ho raha tha ke transmission kayse hoo raha hai ab full recerch jar ke pata cgala ke ye hvdc hee hia jo india mai aa gaya hai
This project is brilliant, and I was interested to know more, but here’s some constructive feedback: This video is in English language, and yet - I can barely understand anything at all from the presenters. The problem is that their accent is so heavy that it's just incomprehensible. No trolling here - just feedback. Please take this opportunity to improve next videos. I gave up watching less than halfway through. There is a statistic for RUclips videos - viewers tend to tolerate more bad video than bad audio.
What we do with your world class infrastructure. I am native of Agra and I did not get 24 hours electricity. 8 hours of electricity in rural areas for irrigation purpose. sad but true
Raghu reddy I pity on your ignorance about BHEL. It is designed by ABB but work was executed by BHEL ( Civil, Erection, Commissioning)work. Its a great initiative taken by Our PSU to make such a huge project. Don't underestimate any organization without knowing anything.
@@vamsikaliNot downplaying BHEL' s capabilities but I was the ABB HVDC Control and protection Engineer who worked in this project for 2 and half years. ABB did not only design but commission all the core equipment like Valves, 12 of 24 transformers(other 12 were BHEL built), Control, protection and SCADA systems, AC and DC filters, Auxiliary systems, all switches and measurements for the HVDC. All I am saying is ABB should also have been mentioned.

Me too bro. What are you doing now? Joined job?
Salutations to the Enterprising enthusiastic intelligent hardworking engineers of the BHEL team for making this great massive project a reality to the appreciations and admirations of a the technology leaders
Thank you for being so
Congratulations Lakshman & your team. 👍
Tremendous Job 👌👌 Salute To BHEL
Thanks for a very good project information. And also I appreciate all the engineers, technicians and all other workers worked in th project without any fatal accidents. Congrats to BHEL and ABB
Proud moment for us.
We the Zamil Steel team feels proud to be a part of this world's largest HVDC terminal.
Thanks BHEL.....
The video shots on side are purely magnificent and artistic
Capabilities of BHEL needs to be encouraged and supported .
Excellent presentation and from here in the States we congratulate you! Thanks for sharing and the best of luck!
المجهود الجماعي في العمل وبهد واسرار ممكن يزيد في البنية التحتي ويخفف الكلف المالية لهذا
Thanks dear sir Narendra Kumar ❤❤❤🙏🙏
Awesome job guys & congratulations!
Great work BHEL 👏👏
Everything is possible if there is no corruption and the people are educated and have that will to serve nation...
Proper citation to ABB should have been given.
नाज है देश पर ❤️🇮🇳
Will we be able to meet the entire supply of Delhi from wind farms in Cambay. India us proud of Bhel
It's incredible
BHEL greatest engineering organization

Very nice but should spread throughout country
I am from biswanath charali substation
I am from Agra
All power line must make Underground with rised D/B.system to save From flood water.HT/LT All Underground is best with good menpower.
HVDC are made for long transmission line and dc current flows in transmission line and ac is received for long transmission so it's cost economic due to use of high power electronics devices there is less corona effect and high harmonics than normal transmission line.
I'm preparing for bhel
Wasn't ac used to move power over long distance without loss? How is DC better then ac in this scenario?
HVDC is more efficient than EHVAC over long distance transmission but their installation cost is higher more & more countries now using HVDC for long transmission lines.

Sir BHEL me vacancy kab ayega ITI walo ke liye
Vande mataram 🙏🌞
But UHVDC switchgear and Isola are costly , that effects the per unit electricity price

It is inside a fenced area with no access during live conditions

If this was for the English speaking world, how about speaking clear English. Just could not watch. It was jibberish
This is India we have no need to speak and cannot speak pure English. Even we will speak Hindi in next videos
Lol! this is done bt ABB not BHEL. Shame on BHEL to claim as their own. Look at BHEL stock, good for nothing company

@raghureddy3237 I will just ask a basic question.. who paid ABB... It's BHEL right! All credits will surely go to BHEL.
