Lela, Gary, Max, and Lynn Epperson from Cleveland, TN. Both Lela and Max have gone home to be with the Lord but the boys along with their families continue to sing for God's glory.
I had the pleasure of meeting both Max an Lela at a singing in Sanford Florida back in 1987. They were wonderful people, and very humble. The Singing Echoes literally had the place jumping that night. What a wonderful time we had. The Kingsmen came on after the Echoes, and they were almost an afterthought. Thanks for posting this.
I remember watching Captain Hook and his Christian Pirate show- the puppets sang this. I think the Cathedrals did it, not sure. I know it was from the early 80s. I LOVE this song.
