this was incredible! i could not find a peaches and cream cake recipe and this one was perfect, all of my friends could not get enough and i will now be making it every year
If so, then it should probably be fine to add chunks of peaches into the sponge batter before baking. Just make sure to thoroughly drain the peaches first. Important Note: I have not tried adding peaches to the batter but in my opinion it should be okay.
