All he needs it the updated interior screen, I think 11-12” wide, big difference from the baby screen g wagons have, add ambient lighting and boom, she’s a sick update g wagon for half the price! This one looks super good! Deff worth it and will hold good value still while adding a premium.
The best transformation I have seen on this channel ... Just looks OEM plus body kit not to crazy bumpers etc...

I own a 13 g63, and I have zero intention of modifying it to look "newer". Mercedes has a certain ambience about each model, and in time when they are old you can really come to appreciate them for what they are.
I feel like modifying it, is like trying to be something you're not. No shame in driving an older model. I have nothing to prove.

I’m on my 4th G-Class now. Started with a 2002 G500, then a 2012 G550, 2014 G63, and now a 2017 G550. I test drove a 2019 G550 a few years ago, and do not like the loss of character of the ride. It kinda drives like my wife’s GLS….
The ride on the 2019 and handling is much improved and the conversion cant give you that.

Beautiful upgrade! Damn! The whole thing looks dope! I have a 2017 G63, black in color also, but with the chrome accents. I'm modifying to go all black, to include smoked side marker lights, taillights, and the black wrapped outside trim of the spare tire cover. No doubt anyone would be "Godsmack" to own this newly exterior upgraded ride. The only thing is.... the monster V8 twin turbos lives under my hood! Jorge Marques was the builder of my engine. As crazy as it seems, some folks question me if my G wagon is a legit G63. So many posers out there. I smile and gladly open the hood and show them the Mercedes 5.5 L Biturbo. Satisfaction confirmed. Doubters are believers.

@@S5ABT_ Hey Tio. I'm not sure boss. I'm just a viewer like you. I am not with Enkahnz. But there are some aftermarket G-wagon upgrade kits out there that range from 2k to 20k. Remember also that you got to install the parts first in some cases to check for fitment and tolerances, prep, primer, paint and pay for someone to do it right and who knows how much they would charge? It's all good when it comes out the shop, but that price tag is going to be a whooper! You could always do it piece meal. In other words, do small upgrades a little bit at a time. Instead, all in one shot, if your budget won't allow you to do everything at once. What I find, in my opinion, is these upgrades, when completed, the vehicle looks great, they really do. But when they fake the G63/AMG badging, (like they did in this video) then that's when I call bullshit. C'mon man! This remarkable transformation of this G-wagon is beautiful! I would be proud to call it mine looking like that! It looks better than my AMG G63. But when you "cheapen" this ride with the AMG logos when its clearly not, well I just shake my head and say "another freakin poser mate". Shameful, this G-wagon has all the beauty to hold its own and now the owner will either lie or own up to it and say it's not an AMG/G63 even though the badging says otherwise. But if they would have left the original badging on, then he brings no shame to the game. Then again....... I think the engine cover trim said V6? Jesus' mate, a V6? Is that a UK engine option? Maybe it's a diesel? Bloody hell! OK, in that case, no badging then.

To transform the exterior of a G ain't that much of a big deal tbh. After you transform interior of a 1990 interior into a 2020, than come back !
True. The guy spent 70k on the car then prob 15-20k doing this conversion. Interior would be difficult and costly, lets say 20k = like £110k total. Or you could just add another 30k and buy the legit one. Cheapest new style G63 I see on autotrader is £140k, 2018 22k mileage.
Plus with all these mods you need to declare to insurance, too much money and effort.

@@hereitcomes3912 I can do both the exterior and interior conversions on 1990 . From w463 to w464 for about 25k . Earliest year I’ve done is a 2005 to 2019 . It was pretty much plug and play . If you go from 1990 to 2020 if needed The aftermarket pcm and decoding will most likely cost you the most .

How to turn a alpha g wagon into a soy tofu chiiiineerrr wagon
Plan on doing this soon and the interior with stars ⭐️ Color orange and highly lifted
If I was doing it I would remove all front and replaced it with black carbon fiber kit, then replace windshield by gluing it like on newer models. Replace that wart of a digital screen MB glued with a new dashboard from German tuners with Android screen. Upgrade reverse camera. Get deep-dish wheels Formula Revolution style in a smaller diameter. Get an extended door stops and make all doors open 90 degrees. And then I would get it chipped to improve mileage.

The shah of Iran wasn't a partner of Mercedes, he was a shareholder. Also, it wasn't built for him, rather he asked Mercedes to create military cars for him, which later were converted by Mercedes to civilian models. You got your history wrong. Nice conversion though

BLUE LIGHTS MAKE IT LOOK MADE IN CHINA
Looks good but the bottom LED lights don’t have the same kelvin colour as the headlights or the additional LEDs on top. Come on guys, attention to detail .
The front bumper Drls are not part of the package, the customer insisted he wanted the old genuine DRls modified into his new front bumper. But we agree and will look into this option on future conversions if required 👍🏼

If ur gunna do the outside then u have to do the inside aswell because it’s gunna look odd asf. You’ll need to whole new centre console. Mashallah looks nice tho
