@@redhood8141, I was 23 when I came out, so, I'm sure it was easier for me than it would have been as a teen, but, even then, it was a pretty hostile environment. One of my most notable achievements, for the cause, was producing and acting in the play 'Bent' at the local community theater in '84, with absolutely no blowback.
Whoa. What a cool x-man with reality distortion powers. And his voice is so soothing. Not the sharpest tool in the shed though: barely responding to a girl's messages, then ghosting her for 2 months and then being surprised she doesn't want to hang out anymore. xD The ending is eerie. But I guess I'm biased, because I've always known. I felt woozy watching this, because the background looks like flowing liquid the whole time O.o But can't wait for more!
Gees, Kevin, why can't you live next door? Best times I had between high school and college and growing up in the suburbs/country was starting to having feelings with guys in the 7th and 8th grade (12 & 13) was going out camping in the woods nearby, eyes connect, and an atomic bomb went off. You know the rest. During the day, working at McDonalds manager noticed & was gay. We went to our first gay bars and clubs. You know the rest, Kevin. Wish u were there! Damn your cute! I was in a fraternity when I was in college. It was before I came out. Loved the close male experience. Had my first love there. Was glad I wasnt out then. Very conservative school.Hope College. I have to say that I am a man that happens to be gay. My main desire is to keep company, and be intimate sexually and emotionally with men. hope this makes sense. Enjoyed your video. Sharing is good. I only see your "Chick-fil-a What The Cluck" video. Is that it at your channel? I was hoping to follow your journey. There seems to be nothing for the last several years.
Look, it's a young Joey Tribbiani 6 years before season 1 of Friends - Just turned out different - and he hasn't become a horn dog - yet, lol. As for the parents: 'No you're not' may be as much surprise as anything else. I can certainly see a parental reaction of 'are you sure' - especially if you haven't been throwing off signals. They don't know all the thought you've given it, and most (or at least the best) of them really truly want you to be happy, they don't know if you've actually thought it through. Now of course if you're already sleeping with Jimmy who stays over sometimes, well, that's another story - you've certainly thought that through :)
You are so damn cute! You are so nice, so open, so real and pure. It's hard finding someone like you I'm such a vicious gay climate. I love your faith in those around you. Even o can't believe I lasted the full 19 min when I wasn't planning on finishing this video to begin with.

Of course you know what educated people know, right? That for almost 30 years ago when major studies PROVED that straight males who keep tuning in to what gays are doing, and putting them down are those who have subconcious gay feelings themselves. Not saying your gay but it's probably there since you focus on gays a lot. Males with stronger straight feelings are not bothered by gays since that's just more guys out of the competeition for what they want. Don't be afraid to keep watching gays!

Depends. Most straight guys tend to be very homophobic, especially in high school, since everyone wants to be seen as "the alpha male." I find that later on, they mature a bit and tend drop this attitude. But it also depends on what kind of gay guy you are. I'm personally not effeminate and would rather be around guys instead of gals (although admittedly I still don't like sports) so I don't think gay guys like me would have much problem in all-boys schools.
i feel the same way. i only had 1 girlfriend. i school i am 22 now you no i get ask. you. don't. have a girlfriend. are you gay. i say no. but. inside i feel like i am gay. because. i like at a guy. in inside i feel. he`s. cute. i don't. feel that if i see a girl .

I had a similar experience with my Mom a few years ago. Then, she tells me, "I love you, but I won't accept your choice." And as we were driving home she told me to ask God for forgiveness. I said, "For what? I haven't done anything wrong. I am who I am and that won't change!"
She's still in denial to this day. :-/
Hey bud, hope you and your mom are getting along better. Stay positive and know that you are loved

hey boywonderguy, it's fun watching all these coming out stories on YT. i came out in 7th grade. 1971. talk about having a hard time...but i survived. u and all the others have it easy compared to way back when. enjoy what others before u have done. just saying.
I like the honesty of your video, which puts a positive perspective on coming out as a gay person.
Great video and story!! Keep the videos coming. Good luck as you move forward.
I'm gay too and I come out in the 1990's it was so challenging back then. You got it I wish you the very best
Proud of you 😄 Coming out in the 90's I bet was hard
@@redhood8141 I came out in the 70s; in central Kansas, no less.
@@dimentia4204 Damn! I'm assuming that couldn't have been easy. But just proves how strong you are
@@dimentia4204 I'm 25 btw lol I came out to my close family and some Classmates when I was 15, so in 09/10
@@redhood8141, I was 23 when I came out, so, I'm sure it was easier for me than it would have been as a teen, but, even then, it was a pretty hostile environment. One of my most notable achievements, for the cause, was producing and acting in the play 'Bent' at the local community theater in '84, with absolutely no blowback.
Is it his camera, or does he have some really nice broad shoulders?
Wish I would have come out at his age..my life would have been spoo different..
Whoa. What a cool x-man with reality distortion powers.
And his voice is so soothing.
Not the sharpest tool in the shed though: barely responding to a girl's messages, then ghosting her for 2 months and then being surprised she doesn't want to hang out anymore. xD
The ending is eerie. I hope he's doing alright. :(
it went well
keep in mind that never told anyone in my life and iam 21
the first person i came out to was my DAD and it went well
but ive been polting this day all my life , that why it went so well
i decide to come out in the summer cuz that when i was not going to school therefore it would have been a calm time.
but yeah its a long story lol
your story was very smiler to mine in highschool , thats why when i watched your video i saw my self

I was under the impression that all gay people pretty much know they're gay once they're old enough. Now I know that it can take a while for some to realize it. But I guess I'm biased, because I've always known.
I felt woozy watching this, because the background looks like flowing liquid the whole time O.o
But can't wait for more!
Really wonderful video mate. Congratulations.
"BJ" in Cincy, OH.
But Bob, he's early young. He wants his on the same level.
Love your video...you seem like a nice person, i hope you find happiness in your life.
Hi Kevin, I'm 19 years old and your cute! :D
Nice video...good luck....BTW.... I think your celebrity double is Seth MacFarlane creator of family guy, both looks and mannerism.
Awwwwww. Really nice dude. Cute-as-shit doesn't hurt! :) You'll be fine. All the best!
Thanks very much for the upload.
I wish soo much he will post another video. I have watched this video a thousand times. I know that's not going to happen though.
Keith

Hey Kevin, just saw your video, great video by the way. So are you back at school yet? and if so, how did it go with your friend?
one of ya first subscribers 4th :)
I only see your "Chick-fil-a What The Cluck" video. Is that it at your channel? I was hoping to follow your journey. There seems to be nothing for the last several years.
I knew I was gay when I was 7
That's awesome lol
Same, at 8 years old
@beyourownpetson92 me too 7 years old
I'm very proud of you!
Why does the door keep moving in this video? The whole background moves whenever he does.
Love you for been there to help other people
P.S. Very proud of you nan.
Even o can't believe I lasted the full 19 min when I wasn't planning on finishing this video to begin with.

okay, the background is warping, it's just a big picture isn't it.
Kevin - your camera lens widens the image and distorts it. Do you know?
Congrats. How did it go for you? Well I hope. :)
God bless and I look forward to you next video.....take care
Thanks for sharing your story, it's really nice... but, why is your room moving?
I felt the exact way and still do sometimes...
I had gay members in my Fraternity. Most of them were wonderful guys.

It's hard !
Coming out ! To admit it
Not only to your friends & family
But to yourself!
We all "elton john"
Lol
I came out to my mom over ice cream too haha. Must be somethin about it.
You are extremely eloquent.
Really good video. Pity he never posed any update
That's so true! Such a pity he stopped posting.
Intelligent nice guy. Thank you !

i'm christian and i don't reject gay relations but there are certain rules need to be obeyed based on bible, i found those rules when i read a book called "the power of purity". it is very good book to describe same sex relationship.

Could it be possible that at the age of puberty, a parent, grandparent guide you into having a straight relationship? After all, sex is a behavior that can be controlled. One does not have to have sex, right?
Knowledge is power! Behavior might be controlable to a degree, but attraction is not. And why go against my instincts on the say-so of delusional, superstitious and ignorant bigots?
