Thinking about this topic further ... it's like the difference between a satellite photo of North America versus a map of North America with every Starbucks highlighted in a different color. The first is visually correct. The second is an informational graphic. When the Hubble Pallete is used to highlight chemical properties, that's an informational graphic.
It is very different to say False Color than FAKE. False Color is used to highlight and contrast structures that are difficult to distinguish in natural color. The structures of the different emissions of ionized gases can be distinguished. What happens is that in the field of astrophotography the majority is dedicated to making beautiful postcards and not to scientific work or amateur work focused on science. Most use different palettes for fashion without really understanding their meaning and importance.
Excellent comparison video, Pawan! Thank you. And thank you for leaving the question open.
Thank you! I’m glad you liked the video. Cheers!
Very nice 👍🏻
Thank you! Cheers!

Thanks for your comments! You are right in your perspective 👍🏼. CS!
Nice video! Perhaps the most Natural Representation of showing true colors would be To use an un-modded DSLR! Its more Pinkish!
Thank you, Avanteesh! You are right about the star colours. CS!

You are right about the difference in ‘fake’ and ‘false’. Thanks for your comments! CS!
Nice comparison. I think the live stack colors are original.
I think so too! Thanks!
I like the "correct" colors but I am not sure which or how to determine which are the real and/or correct colors.
Thanks for your comment! Instead of looking for correct colours, it feels nice to get the colours that you personally like. Cheers!
Photos without proper star color is not to my liking. Stars with their colors are some of the most beautiful wonders in the universe.
Absolutely right!! Thanks for your wise words! Cheers!
I hate to see blue instead of a more teal tone , thing is so many RUclips videos show weird blues
Thanks for watching. I would say, choice of colours is more about individual perspective rather than fake or false. Cheers!
