It's an online application. You can submit it anytime. If there is a difference between filling that application yourself, and getting an agent to do it for you, then go ahead with an agent.

There are many good universities. To name the best ones, University of Toronto, McGill, University of British Columbia. These are hard to get in depending on your qualifications. There are a lot of good universities and colleges. If you have very good results in AL then you can try applying for good universities. If results are not great then try colleges. It depends on how your grades are and how much money you want to spend.

One agent told me that if we create an EE profile, that's valid only for 12 months and if we didn't get a chance from EE, we cannot apply for any other Canadian visa again or can't apply through EE profile for next 5 years? (He was encouraging me to apply student visa I think) Is that true? Also can we apply/try student visa and other methods while we are having an EE profile? plz help
EE profile is only valid for 12 months. But you can create a new one straight after. It’s risky to apply for student visa when there is an EE profile as then you would contradict yourself. What I mean is that when you apply for student visa you would say that you are going to complete your studies and return, but an EE profile would contradict this. However if you are applying for a student visa with dual intention (study and settle), then it’s fine.

You only need 67 points for six selection factors to be eligible. You’ve got 70, so you can go ahead and continue to your Express Entry now. 😃👌🏽

One agent told me that if we create an EE profile, that's valid only for 12 months and if we didn't get a chance from EE, we cannot apply for any other Canadian visa again or can't apply through EE profile for next 5 years? (He was encouraging me to apply student visa I think) Is that true? Also can we apply/try student visa and other methods while we are having an EE profile? plz help
EE profile is only valid for 12 months. But you can create a new one straight after.
It’s risky to apply for student visa when there is an EE profile as then you would contradict yourself. What I mean is that when you apply for student visa you would say that you are going to complete your studies and return, but an EE profile would contradict this.
However if you are applying for a student visa with dual intention (study and settle), then it’s fine.

my experience according to the requirement is 10 years(in Sri Lanka not in a foreign country) and I'm still doing IELTS for which my plan is to score average of 7 for each band. Do i need to complete IELTS before opening up a profile? When i checked the score it will come around to 425. Pls kindly advise. Thanks for all the support you are giving for everyone.

That is not a bad score. What you have to do now is, check the cutoff points for the last few draws. You’ll get an idea from that.
latest cut-off is 698 :/
